CVS Pharmacy

I have never experienced anything here like some of the reviews describe. Despite frequently being very busy, the staff here make this place a solid choice. They are not only incredibly helpful but also patient and willing to educate customers about their medications, and even processes related to insurance and prior authorizations, etc. A special shoutout goes to Elizabeth, who went above and beyond to assist me, being super communicative, friendly, and diligent. Solid drug dealers.

I do not know about the other reviews however my personal experience has been outstanding every time I come in here. Donald here goes above and beyond his job duties every single time to make sure every customer is taken care of every need is met in every question is answered if you need a reliable place to get your prescriptions filled and a trusted pharmacist this is the place to go I bet someone else's life on it.

This pharmacy used to be the bane of my existence. They had rude staff, and something was messed up every time I went, after a 20+ min wait in line. I thought I had even made a review, but now I can’t find it. ANYWAY, the pharmacists that I have encountered over the last 6+ months, have been wonderful! There was a younger, kind pharmacist who helped me a bit ago and yesterday/today another very kind pharmacist helped me. The other pharmacy staff have been great the last few months as well, and everything has been done properly with kindness. Thank you!!

Have been using this pharmacy for prescriptions for close to two years now. Have never had a bad experience personally-- either with the prescriptions themselves or the vaccines I received. I don't know what people are talking about with the staff attitudes-- they've always been nothing but polite and helpful so far.

My husband and I come here multiple times per month and the staff is always kind and friendly. When I come in alone, they always ask how my husband is doing. We’ve never had an issue getting our prescriptions filled correctly and quickly.

Got my prescription when they said they would, pharmacist was a joy to interact with, seemed very well organized, and let me know about a vaccine I need coming up. Plus they're open on the weekend!

This is the only place that always know how to process insulin under Medicare Part B. I was travelling and ran out is insulin today. They called Medicare and got an override to fill it early. I am very grateful for their compassion and expertise.

It's very convenient for me to be able to pick up my prescription inside the Target 🎯 Store in my neighborhood. The CVS Pharmacy Staff are helpful.

At least for me, the experience was good. My prescription was ready for pickup with no issues. There was a problem with being my insurance but the staff was really nice about it. Overall pleasant staff and I got what I went for. Simple enough. The only thing that would be better is if there was some more space between the pharmacy and the aisles for a proper line to form when needed.

I see a lot of poor reviews. Most people don’t realize the volume of work the staff is expected to complete. Very unrealistic. On occasion the staff is hurried but never rude. I am there 2-3x per week. They are cheerful and courteous even when there is a line. Most importantly they give the person they are dealing with their full attention. Sometimes it seems slow but when they take the time to sort out my issues I really appreciate it.

The staff here works really hard and could use some help. They are isually very nice and helpful (not all), but you can tell they are stretched. The times I've had bad service it's usually a sub.
