Wonderful department store where you find good quality merchandise for all your needs. Store is impeccably clean and organized. Staff is very attentive to your needs and respectful. Mr. Don Johnson ( really! ) helped us a great deal finding and ordering the two items that we were looking for. We left the store with a smile on our face 😊

I always appreciate Macy's. Very clean, nice displays. I found my perfect Christmas dress and found out at the register that it was actually 25% off! Merry Christmas to me! The employees there were very nice, helpful and efficient.

Amazing customer service. Cory at the help desk went above and beyond to help me return 6 sets of green fiesta ware that I didn't find appealing. Helped cart the sets in, pick out new colors and get them shipped directly to my house in only a couple of minutes. I have no complaints.

Awesome check out service. As soon as there were more than 2 people they had us follow a cashier to check out. Way to go

Retail is changing but customer service is still paramount for the shopper. In my personal experience the folks at this Macy's are friendly and helpful. There are bargains to be had with a bit of effort and the location is easily accessed.

Today I took my grandson to pick out a ring for his mother. We had a budget and a few photo choices she gave for him look at. The person helping us was perfect. I am very sorry I did not get her name, but I did get a picture of a part of the event. Tomorrow is Mother's Day, and my 8 year grandson took this job very seriously, we asked for the Macy's rep to show us the rings that his mom picked and then we asked for other suggestions in that price range. This amazing lady treated him so professionally, she was patient, and answered his many questions (is it real? how much is the cost of this one? can I see another choice?) Finally he picked a ring he loved, and she kindly took the funds from him and boxed the treasured gift. I just stood back with pride at him working with her. Thank you sweet jewelry person for your time with us. I am looking very forward to returning for myself! (the prices were very good! plus she gave us a coupon for $20.00 off!)

Macy's is always great but I was impressed that they had great sales on cyber Monday.

My son and I always find good deals at Macy's for my wife.

They used to have the best Jenkins, leggings and all those kind of things. Now they don't have any! Boo but I still love the store.

I love there black Friday's. I have been a loyal customer for the past 20 years. Every year getting the boys there holiday attire with great sale prices. There toys these years were better prices than Target and Walmart. Be smart shop early. Besafe

Laurie offered a world of help! I was there to buy skincare for my mom for Christmas and she spent a lot of time helping us find the right products! She even got us a box and made the present all nice and pretty for us! She was very joyful and sweet!
