Even when there was an issue with a defective part, the issue was dealt with immediately and resolved. Found this business online, wish I’d found them much sooner. Very quick turn around with my VW. I figured it’d take much longer than it did to complete the work. They wrote down what was wrong to my knowledge then diagnosed it and sent a repair quote to me that I could accept or deny work on, didn’t push anything on me that was “extremely necessary”. Good people. Even made it cheaper and had someone go in on the weekend to get it done. Awesome place 5 stars all the way and will be returning in the future I’m sure.

Browns Garage is the BEST place in town. I will never go to anyone else but Marlo and her team. She is honest, her prices are great and the mechanics know what they are doing. I had quick professional responses to my questions via text messages. I liked that the online payment system did not charge extra fees for using my credit card. Problem with my car was diagnosed and fixed. My other mechanic couldn't figure out what was wrong and charged me a bunch of time and money. I also used Brown last summer and my A/C is still working great.

This shop is amazing. The people are friendly, personable and there to help you in every way. I had a receiver installed on my car. No one around would do it because I purchased the part myself. Very pleased with the service I received at Browns. A pleasant experience in a very timely manner. I have been going to the local Ford dealer for many years but I am done with the high prices and the waiting for as long as several weeks to get an appointment! Brown’s was able to get me in a few short days and did my Rear brakes for about 60% of the dealers estimate!

I have a 93 Explorer and a 95 Thunderbird that Les Schwab, Automotive Innovations, and Hometown Auto refused to work on. They all felt I was wasting my money and their time fixing such old cars. Brown's Garage did not hesitate to repair my cars. The explorer was flooding out. Brown's Garage did diagnostics and discovered she needed sensors replaced. They also noticed the water pump was leaking and let me know so they could repair it while they were already in there. I asked them to also add the timing chain and gear. The Explorer runs fabulously now and I'm actually getting better mileage than originally stated back in 1993.

The 95 T-Bird had an electrical issue. Turn signals, cruise control, radio, clock and other issues plagued the electrical system. Brown's Garage tracked down the issue and brought life back to those dead systems that Automotive Innovations would not attempt to track down.

Thanks to Marlo and her team at Brown's Garage my "old junkers I should not waste my money on" run like new. And for a lot less than a new car. Both cars were repaired for less than $2,000.

I called because the AC wasn’t working in the car. Brown’s got the car in as soon as possible. They fixed the AC for me the same day. They reported the test results on the AC and explain everything about their service. They were clear, concise, and courteous. I also felt the price to fix the problem was fair. Just wanted to add to this review....the parts I needed for my 04 bug are no longer available. Browns Garage went WAY above and beyond .. first trying to get the parts rebuilt.. again no parts available...but Margo must have spent countless hours looking....but she was able to locate the necessary parts !!! The way they go above and beyond is astounding... I have NEVER dealt with a company that was willing to go so many extra miles for their clients. I cannot express how impressed I am. !!! Anyone who needs a vehicle worked on should have the work done at this local shop .

Finding a trustworthy auto mechanic service can be a comforting relief. This is what I found with Brown's Garage. I needed to replace the wheels on my truck with a new set. Marlo was extremely friendly and quick to accommodate my request. The job was completed timely, professionally and the mechanic took pride in communicating to ensure my request was done accurately.
