Jimmy’s replaced a muffler that obviously was bad. When I pointed out they had replaced a muffler & tail pipe 2 years earlier, I was given a full refund for the most recent.
Super friendly & helpful. Rare to find their kind of customer service.

I had a caliper on my vehicle sticking. I was not familiar with shops in the area but was referred to Jimmy's Auto. They managed to squeeze me in as I was not near home and couldn't get far. I found them professional and fair. They fixed the problem and did what was needed at a fair price.

The only Auto Shop in the PNW I will go to!! The whole crew is amazing always giving me the best prices for work as well as squeezing me in their schedule when no one else can! I definitely recommend! My family and I literally don’t trust any one else as much as Jimmys auto shop!!

First let me start by saying, THANK YOU. As a woman who works on her car I am consistently upsold, lied too and screwed over. When I found this place due to 2 recommendations I was threw the roof. They said they could help with my issues and we set up an appointment. Today is the day of the appointment, not only did I get in earlier than planned but the work I originally said I needed turns I never needed it and due to being lied to by a different shop. These guys were so honest and actually physically SHOWED me things I had done myself and what looked good and what didn't. I am absolutely thrilled to have found a place that not only is honest but treats women like human beings. I highly recommend and will continue to come back.

They were able to work with me on a very quick time frame to get both of my cars ready for a long road trip. Jerry went above and beyond to help me. Great & friendly Service. I had done damage to my exhaust pipe and Jimmy's Automotive had fixed the issue within an hour of my appointment. 'Provided an estimate before the work started and offered to call if repair exceeded estimate, which it did not. Great location as well. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within a single block if you have time to kill. I recommend this business to others and will continue to take mine there as well! Thanks!

Dropped off my dying truck for a quick tune and new exhaust system. Runs awesome now and sounds fantastic. They did a great job and did everything I asked! Were very easy to work with.

This shop and it's mechanics absolutely rocks! They are truly professional and are extremely approachable with any questions or concerns. I am new to the Diesel pick up truck game, but Jimmy and Jeff took all the time to make sure every question I had was answered and with context that even I could understand. I will not take my F350 anywhere else but to these guys, they just installed my exhaust and my cold air intake is next. If you are honestly looking for an honest mechanic with a great level of integrity, please take my word and bring your vehicle here.

I’ve been taking my cars to Jimmy’s for two years. They never disappoint. I really love this place, I called in and brought my Subaru in the shop. Everyone was very nice and helped me choose what kind of muffler fitted both my car and me. The price is also why I'd go back to Jimmy's, I originally went to quality muffler but they wanted wayyy to much money. If you need something done to your car BRING IT TO JIMMY'S

Great service, great price. I stopped by for an estimate to fix a rusty muffler, they walked me through several options and reviewed the cost for each one. Dropped my truck off in the morning, was ready to go in about 3 hours. Will definitely go back if my other car needs muffler work.
