Great cut, great service! The MVP is the way to start or end a week. Highly recommend using the online sign up and arrive 10min prior, makes for minimal wait while keeping busy doing something prior.

Prices are a little higher than some places but they do a great job on both my hair and my 5 year old son. Very friendly and professional staff. Most importantly they can really cut hair here. Never had a bad cut at this location. I recommend giving them a try.

Exceptional stylist! Mindy has gotten to know how I like my haircut and I have gotten a perfect haircut from her the last 4+ times. She first cut my hair at the Sportclips near Fred Meyer in Lacey, and I was able to follow her to Hawks Prairie. I know to check the app to see where she is working so I know which location to go to. My booking got all messed up since the system gets you off after you've been in for an hour. I explained to Christy (an employee) that I'd been waiting long and I thought it was my son's turn. Christy called Dana(my son's stylist) aside and explained. She also agreed to take Dana's client and Dana immediately switched to cutting my son's hair and both apologized for the mix up. Am so glad they listened and actually acted upon it. Dana gives attention to detail when styling my son and I couldn't ask for more!

I’ve been here twice and had a terrific experience each time! Madison was an angel and made me feel so relaxed. Even though it was her first time cutting my hair, she NAILED it and was even happy to throw in a tapered fade on the back without my even having to ask. The best part is that if you check in on the app, then there is usually no more than a 10 minute wait. Go for the MVP experience and it will make your day!

The friendliness of all the staff is top notch, but my primary person is Mindy. She is the best.

Fantastic haircut! Pam is extremely well articulated and conducts herself with professionalism and friendliness she did an amazing job on my hair today and really listened to my concerns. She made recommendations and really just sat and had a wonderful conversation with me. 10/10 would definitely recommend. I've had many haircuts, but SportsClips really does it right.

I give all the praise to Sara, I had bad Covid hair that had been made even worse by another cut earlier in the day from another place, and needed to be fixed for an interview. Even though they were closing soon, she asked lots of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I needed done, and took great care to explain what she could do for me, letting me check often to see if there were any issues. I doubt she would have let me left if I wasn't happy with the haircut! The Shampoo was incredible too.

She was very professional, friendly, made sure i had exactly the style I wanted for the occasion and I highly highly recommend her!

I have very short hair and decided to give this place a try because I figured they would be very experienced. Sara was my stylist. She did a great job. She was very friendly and professional. I was very happy with my cut. She listened to exactly what I wanted and asked questions along through the process so that she could give me exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her.

First time there and really glad I did. Staff was very friendly, polite and greeted you as you came in. Finally got my haircut the way I wanted. Sarah did a awesome job. She made sure that her station was clean and so was all her brushes, scissors, caps and towels. Place is clean, spacious and following all the Covid-19 rules. Very happy and plan to return. Cassie was today's stylist and what a real pleasant experience. She understood what I was looking for in my cut, even though I did not explain it very well. Cassie made suggestions on how slight variations would make the cut look better. When it came to product I told Cassie what I was currently using and what I did not like about it and she made a suggestion and it was perfect. Overall experience was tremendous and I would highly recommend making an appointment with Cassie today.

They really know what they're doing Tai(?) And Shanice were amazing with my boys they took their time and showed how much they really cared about their clients and their job. Thank you for a job well done. We will definitely be coming back!
