Old Navy

Paola was extremely helpful, kind, quick, and patient! I had a very large online order return (I am pregnant and maternity clothes are hard to fit), and she made sure the return was done correctly with a smile on her face the whole time. Would highly recommend this Old Navy just because of the excellent quality of service she provided. She definitely deserves a shout out from her boss - A+!!!

Great sales happening. Store was clean and very organized. The cashier was extremely helpful and friendly. Great shopping experience and awesome bargains. I purchased a pair of jeans and a shirt for my husband. (See pics) I even got a coupon to save $$ on my next visit or before the end of July.

Today, I went to the location with the intention on buying some new jeans. Mind you, I haven’t went jean shopping (neither online or in-person) in 6 years. I wasn’t especially confident because I’ve spent the last several years overseas and lost touch to what’s new. I didn’t know what I was looking for. I didn’t know how they were suppose to fit. I just wanted to feel comfortable but look nice. A young woman whose names starts with an E (don’t want to post her name without permission) with the sweetest bangs and awesome liner—she was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to help me and my god I can not thank her enough. Thank you Ms. E. With your help, I got a little bit of my self esteem back.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Even though it was closed to closing time, no one rushed me at all. The front cashier even helped me safe the maximum amount on my purchases. A shout-out to Ethan for that and a great conversation, but really, everyone working there was GREAT!

Really clean, underrated store. Everything is folded nicely, and organized well. Employers are really nice. It's also usually pretty slow around here, so you can feel safe while browsing for clothes in this COVID situation.

So I know that old Navy the company has it's highs and lows but this particular review is about the staff at this location. The staff was really helpful and despite having a really big sale going on the location wasn't dirty or messy. As a shopper that's really important to me so I can get everything quickly and without missing anything that I was looking for.

They always have sales going on. I find cute clothes for the family for cheap. Plus the clothes are great quality! I've been shopping here for over 10 years. I don't think I've ever had an item fall apart or get a hole.

got my daughter the cutest cardigan from here and she loves to wear it all the time with everything. I also loved all the help I got looking for on in her size which even though they didn't have it in stock at the time in store the lady had ordered it off her scanner for me and had it shipped to my house and only took 3 days to get here.

It's the night of Thanksgiving and we went to old Navy. The staff was amazing, and very courteous. Jake was fantastic as well as his associates. I found my new favorite old Navy store!

Nice selection of inexpensive clothing. Not much for me as a 54 year old man but we found some good deals for my 9 year old daughter for back to school.

The people are this location are so friendly and helpful. I tried on a pair of jeans that they didn't have in a length that worked for me so a sales associate helped me find another pair in the proper size to try on and when they didn't have the color I wanted she ordered it right there for me.

My family loves old navy, great products, awesome prices, I refuse to buy our clothes at Wal-Mart, I picked up my kids last school year and like 4 other kids wore the same shirts or jackets, drove me nuts.

This store is really nice and clean. The employees are all super young and friendly. They have a 10% military discount too

I absolutely love this store! I got my son tons of stuff and it wasnt even $100!! Customer service was awesome too! This store makes it affordable for families to look great at a great price!

If I had a million dollars, the first thing I would do is go to Old Navy and buy everything. This store is my shopping kryptonite! The clothes are a great price and such good quality! And did I mention that the clothes are also super cute?!?

Good price, cute clothes. Has super cash deals often and discounts. Great for kids in particular and family matching outfits.

Old Navy is a must for staples. Every day something is on sale that you can use, tee shirts, basic dresses, sweats, jeans, you name it. Plus you can get the foundations to add unique pieces to and build a wardrobe.

The store is laid out beautifully with tons of mirrors, a thousands times better than their old location that they had when I was a child.

Great store with a good selection and the prices are good. Employees were polite & helpful. Will be shopping there again soon.

I usually go in and it was pretty limited on what was left size wise. Today I had many different choices and sizes. Great trip.
