My experience here was amazing! I had misjudged a curb in a round about on a super sunny day and hit the curb. A couple weeks later I noticed unusual wear on my tire which indicated it was out of alignment. I called around and Courtesy not only had the best price but were able to take me in right away as I was getting ready to take a road trip with my family.
Working with Chris and Corey was a dream as their customer service was over and beyond. Our trip went great and we felt safe. Thanks Courtesy Auto for your time, expertise, and excellent service!!

my f250 needed a brake job, after going to 3 other places it was getting frustrating. Stopped here, they said they could look at them now, made me happy. then I was informed they could do it today and finish today. My brain almost exploded 🤯. even used a loaner car to go back home. thank you very much.

I came here to have my oil problem (that I accidentally caused) fixed, & they were very nice about it as well as friendly & helpful. I requested later that they do some additional things on top of the oil change, & they happily obliged. They then gave me some discounts that I am very grateful for. Ever since I came to lacey in 2019 for university, I've taken my 06 ford escape hybrid here for service. Everything from simple oil changes, to big jobs like when my power steering gave out they have done with a kind heart. They are one of the only shops I trust with servicing my car when others have refused. 20/10 would return.

First time visiting this shop. My initial impression were good. The staff seem friendly and were attentive to me as I explained my experience with another shop that may or may not have made me pay for repairs I didn't need to resolve the issue I was having. So far, three weeks later, my car is working great. I believe this shop resolved my issues. If all pans out well, I will.not feel the need to amend this review and I will give Chris and his crew my business on a permanent basis!

It's the only shop that I, or the rest of my family trust to work on our vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone.

Super helpful and knowledgeable. I am generally the type of person that doesn't let others touch my vehicle but Courtesy Auto has my trust. They were there every step of the way for my tire install. Wheels were re-coated and when I got the tires installed by Courtesy, they looked just as good as when I dropped them off, which means they treated them with respect. Will definitely use again!

My engine belts started squealing like a pig so I called and they had me in the next morning. Ended up my belt just shifted a little causing it to make noise. He called and told me my belt was fine and reported all the other things I should keep an eye on in the next few months. He could have easily charged me for a new belt and I would know at all. They fixed it and gave me quotes on a few other things like my brakes, headlight assembly (because of moisture in the actual headlight) and they topped off my brake fluid for free. Great communication and customer service. Ill be back next month for brakes.

Chris is one of most professional..friendly and straight forward mechanic I have met. As long as I am in PNW he will always be my go to with my vehicle!

I purchased tires for my 2007 Honda Element. Chris and his team did a professional job and resolved a complication involving a frozen wheel nut. This is my go to place for auto service.

I have been here once and because the cost here for an alignment was the cheapest around. I will now come here for each and every alignment and possibly other services as well. These guys were honest and saved me time and money by letting me know I needed to fix something before the alignment. And he was so nice and honest. It took a few weeks but finally brought my magnum back and when I left boy she was the most sound that she’s been once I got her. Thanks you all. It shows how well you guys operate as a whole and communicate as a team. Thank you for your customer service I really appreciate not being taken advantage of

The guys here are helpful and straightforward with you which is hard to find in a mechanic I feel. They inspected my car, gave me a full detailed workup with estimate, and did a great job with getting everything done for me. Would definitely recommend them!

Very Polite service ☺ I've run Goodyear Tires on my vehicles since my first car (1978 Toyota Celica) and my current vehicle, 2021 Ram 2500 has upgraded shoes now as well. Quick service quality product. 👍

Update...These guys are awesome. I had a small issue with a tire balance and they went above and beyond to take care of it. Highly recommend them, because they stand behind there work and go the extra mile to make it right!

Went in to have my tires aired, could not get a cap off, the guy at the desk was wonderful, friendly, had a bright smile, he aired my tires and replaced my bad caps, will go back if I need anything, I'd give more than 5 stars if possible!! ( unfortunately I am bad with names ) but he was awesome!

Such a great experience! This was my first time having someone other than a family member chang my oil and I have to say I'll definitely be returning to you guys again. It's so refreshing to go somewhere that will be upfront and honest. Most places would have taken advantage of me not knowing if I need new filters or not. But they were upfront with me and told me that my current filters still look good and said I could wait till next oil change to do it.

I took my classic mustang here for an alignment and I asked for some specs that are out of the norm for my car. They took extra time to take care of my car for the same price and they did it with a smile. Great customer service and great prices.
