We had the BEST experience ever!!! Our suite with the old fashion appeal of olden times coupled with the view of the wildlife bouncing through the valley below was priceless. Our family (two adults and two children) had a great time and enjoyed the spacious Mingo Mountain Suite. Jenelle was so hospitable with welcoming us, the historic tour of the grounds, our delicious morning breakfast, and her cheese tray was a must have addition to the stay. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gardenview Estate Bed & Breakfast. Having grown up in Central Washington area I had been up and around Colville area and have always enjoyed the quiet it brings. The Gardenview Estate Bed & Breakfast gave an even more historical account of how the area developed and came to be.

What truly sets Gardenview Estate apart is the warm and welcoming hospitality extended by the owners and staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. From their personalized recommendations for local attractions to their attention to detail in catering to dietary preferences during breakfast, their dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience was evident at every turn.

My wife and I enjoyed the Suite with its soft comfortable bed, great view of wild life every morning, and the quiet was everything we hoped for and wanted.

Beautiful B&B with amazing hosts stayed there for our 23rd anniversary and my nephews wedding. Lots to do if you're outdoorsy or you just want to walk the grounds. Breakfasts were amazing. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Touring the gorgeous and expansive grounds accompanied by a local history lesson was a real treat. We loved sipping a lilac lemonade in the gazebo as we watched a thunderstorm roll in. The property was scrupulously clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious (with vegan and Gluten free options), and they had a 120 exterior power option for our EV’s trickle charger. When everything else in the area feels like a variation on “hunting lodge” this was a true delight.

Stayed here a couple years ago and had the BEST time! There were some fun activities to do around Kettle Falls, and the property itself was so fun to explore! The nature, the history and the serenity. Jenelle and Tom were excellent hosts and the food was amazing!!! I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying here again! Thank you!

My wife and I recently returned from a 10/10 stay at Gardenview Estate BnB in Kettle Falls, WA. Jenelle and Tom could not be more hospitable and their home was beautiful! From the amazing history, great vegan food, and surrounding nature Gardenview Estate has everything needed for the perfect weekend getaway. We look forward to our going back in the future!

Charming property and host! We stayed in the suite, which is a separate small apartment that allowed us to have our pup. The kitchenette was convenient, the bed was comfy and the rooms overall were spacious. Summer stay so we didn't use the fireplace or small deck (mosquito season) but I would recommend this place year round for that reason. Vegan breakfast served right to the door at exactly 9am. Can't wait to go back and stay longer!

I’ve stayed at this BNB a couple of times and can not recommend it more! We are planning another trip soon. Dog friendly, delicious food and convenient town. The history of the bnb is fascinating and the operators are knowledgeable, kind and attentive. Jenelle really goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect!

If you want a historically charming place to stay, this is it!! The rooms are clean, great size and beautiful. The views of the grounds from each room are amazing! The hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and my food allergy was accommodated with no trouble. Loved my stay and I cannot wait to return!!

What a wonderful home away from home! Both charming and peaceful, this bed and breakfast offers a cozy and comfortable stay with stunning views from every room. There’s so much natural beauty here, and the hosts know so much about the history. Truly enjoyed my stay. Food is wonderful, too! If you’re looking for a place to relax, look no further. The town of Colville is also fun. There are great shops and fun things to do around town.

Fantastic B&B! What a wonderful property with such great history! Comfortable rooms, great view, lovely grounds to stroll. The hosts were wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed the waffle breakfast! We are already looking forward to our next stay there!

Lovely place to stay! It was peaceful, relaxing, and the property grounds were beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful during our stay and make a killer Charcuterie board. At the time of booking here I did not realize they serve a vegan breakfast (I'm not vegan), but both vegan breakfast dishes I had were delicious so they know what they're doing!

Wonderful inn with delightful grounds and rooms with large windows giving on breathtaking morning views as you sip your morning coffee. Quiet retreat, wonderful hosts. Teeming with history and wildlife. The town is charming with lots of very affordable and delicious food options and some great hiking points. Loved my stay.

Absolutely gorgeous bed and breakfast. Janelle and Tom were very welcoming hosts. We stayed in the Mingo Mountain Suite which is off of the main house. Not pictured was the kitchenette with a microwave, coffee and tea and a mini fridge. The tour of the grounds was awesome, got to learn some interesting stuff, and the rhubarb lemonade after was refreshing. Lots of wildlife to observe, comfortable lodging, I wish I had booked more than one night. I'll be back! It's also conveniently located near downtown Kettle Falls and is really close to amenities such as fast food, Walmart, Auto Vue etc in Colville. We found lots of natural areas within a 15 minute drive to explore as well.

We had such a lovely stay here over the weekend. The property is beautiful and was so clean. We felt very welcome by the hosts!

We were on motorcycles riding from
Den—>WA and needed a place to rest our achy muscles. We happened up this bed and breakfast and when we were told it comes with breakfast at 9am I told her she probably only needs to worry about one of us as I am vegan. That’s when I found out this is a vegan b&b!!!! My first and we happened upon it…kismet I tell you! It’s a lovely stay with lots of history, we highly recommend you check it out! Very friendly host, delicious food and incredibly comfortable rooms!

Had a great stay here with my wife. The hosts were fantastic, they had a great breakfast service, and we couldn’t have enjoyed our storybook stay any more than we did! Thanks again

This is an easy five star as it's a beautiful B and B. The home is large and spacious as are the rooms. The grounds and the surroundings are peaceful and just gorgeous. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. An ideal stay and I highly, highly recommend you spend, at least, two or more nights at this fabulous B n B.
