You might pay a bit more than in a bigger city, but you'd be supporting the local franchise owner and the cost of fuel to travel further. Make sure to sign up for their loyalty program to get discounts and promotions. This is also a Mil/LEO friendly establishment - they offer a discount to first responders and service people.

I have to leave a review after having the best interaction in a long time with one of the staff members here. I had a frost free pipe head break and had visited and/or called every hardware store between Kettle falls and Colville. When I called KF True Value I spoke with a gentleman named Zach who was as friendly, helpful and informative as you could hope to find in a person. When he didn't find what I was looking for in the store, he checked the warehouse, and not finding it there explained when they receive their shipments and how long it would be until they had the product in. The service he provided was beyond what you find in most employees anymore, and I appreciated him. His kindness and helpfulness left me smiling when though I was still without the product I need. I hope to have more encounters with people like Zach!

Always good for finding at least a few items on my shopping list from hardware, painting, pet care, and gardening to household cleaning and storage supplies and auto maintenance. Knowledgeable staff
