Living in a different state and the fact KC got me taken care of the same day on such short notice amazes me. He got 4 custom t shirts done & DELIVERED to my workers. He went out of his way for me tells you enough about his business. Shirts looked amazing & will definitely be doing more business with him. Very professional & amazing customer service.

Such great service! I purchased my own sweater and brought it to them to put a picture of my best friend and i onto it, it turned out better than imagined! The guys working there gave me a positive experience not once making me feel cheesy for asking them to add in “Soul Sistas” to the picture. Great quality, great price, efficient and friendly. I needed 4 shirts made with a design I’d made myself. The owner/manager told me which app to use and which file type to make it, giving me multiple opportunities to correct mistakes. And he didn’t have to do this as it wasn’t for his benefit, he went out of his way to save me a $60 art fee. And on top of that, once I explained why I wanted the shirts, he expedited the making of the shirts that I could have them to give to my friends the next day. This place is really nice, really professional and they really care about their clients. I’ll definitely be using their services in the future

Absolutely the BEST customer service and the BEST quality product. Needed a bday gift for my nephew. So, I came here & ordered a Kraken design sweatshirt. My nephew LOVED it! Next bday for other nephew I went back to order another Kraken design sweatshirt because he kept wearing his brother's. This time orderd a different design.
Went to pick it up & minor mistake. Had the wrong design. No problem! K.C apologized & quickly fixed. I will 💯 always go to this place. If I can give 10 stars I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have never had such great customer service! I had a couple of shirts made in July, the gal that helped me went completely out of her way to make the pic on shirt just right!!! I was in Wa. Visiting family then. I was trying to get the same thing done at my home in Utah. I called so many places with no luck! I was so stressed out!!! I then had the bright idea to call you guys,,,, BEST DECISION! I worked with Casey, and he was extremely helpful! I needed the shirt in 2 days! He kept reassuring me saying “I got you”! He went completely out of his way to go to post office and worked to get me the best rate to ship. My husband’s Birthday is tomorrow and I feel so good knowing that it will be here!!! You guys saved me from a highly stressful situation! Thank you so very much! I will be telling anyone that will listen about the great service!!!!

My boyfriend was looking for a custom t-shirt with his grandmas face on the front and we needed it done in an hour and the young employee was so nice and accommodating. She was super professional and very quick and was able to have it done in under 20 minutes!! And all for a decent price! I definitely recommend!

Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable. They worked with me on a concept I had giving helpful ideas and it turned out great. Definitely worth the little extra to have the print directly on the shirt. Cheaper then other shops in the area but they don't skip on the quality and they had my shirt ready in 20 minutes not 3+ days like other shops in the area. I definitely will be returning for future concepts I want on a shirt.

I took my daughter in to design a gift for the boyfriend, and Casey was absolutely amazing! Teenagers are a species all their own, especially girls with specific designs in mind;)not only did he walk us through the process creating an incredible product but he even tried on a hoodie to be sure we got the right size!! We were thrilled with the end result and she cannot wait to wear their matching attire! Definitely recommend checking them out.

I've been looking for a designer that i would be more Included in the process instead of handing over my idea and then going in to a different direction to be created behind closed doors. We'll I just found it here at design customs! I was invited to be part of the whole operation. I felt really involved and really appreciated the fact he gave me just as much attention as if I was placing a big bulk order.

I had an order for a work hosting event. KC was not only able to fill the order quickly, but to his professional and personal perfection. His love for his work and customers was very apparent. I will be coming back for all of my custom apparel!

Stopped in with an idea for a few coffee mugs. They took the ideas and produced the mugs. They designs are perfect. Quality products and great staff. I had my doubts at first. I have purchased similar things on-line and have been disappointed.
