Count yourself lucky if you’ve had a chance to work with Dave! He’s an honest, straight forward, and dedicated professional. He guided us through 1.5 home purchases (thanks Covid) and was beyond helpful the entire time. We had some specific needs for our house and Dave went out of his way to find homes that might work logistically for us but also had the quirky elements that we are drawn to. To be honest, I’m a bit sad we won’t get to check out more fun houses with Dave but mostly overjoyed that together we were able to find a house that our family will be able to call our own.
