Good sized lobby with seating areas. Friendly workers and staff. Outside area has lots of benches and room for waiting when it's nice out.

Easy to find with Google Maps. Centennial Station is quiet and out of the way, but it has good lighting and easy parking.

I was worried that I would not be able to take the train because I was visiting from overseas and my English was not good. However, the female staff member guided me very kindly and cheerfully, so I was able to start my trip in a good mood. thank you.

The train was about 10 minutes late, which is pretty much on time. Very clean, comfortable station.

This is the cutest little train station totally run by volunteers!

There is a coffee and snack machine, clean bathrooms and a large area outside but not much else so I wouldn't want to be waiting around too long. We were very happy impressed this is the only train station in the US totally completely staffed by volunteers and they were super knowledgeable and friendly.

This station is well-connected to local transit routes 94 and 64. The new Amtrak Cascades evening train times ensure that you won't miss your 94 to downtown Olympia, as long as the train isn't more than 20 minutes late.

The volunteers here so helpful and attentive. I thank God we have such great service here. Our local bus stop is out front also so very easy to get back to town.

10mins from my hotel, great customer service, got me on the next train after the original was three hours late. No complex check-in like the airport. Seats are comfortable, an outlet for charging cell phone next to wimdow seat. Beautiful scenery. Great way to go from Portland to Seattle in about 3.5hrs. Bring own water and sandwhich. There is a line for food.

It's an easy station to navigate and has free parking. Was disappointed ☹ however, due to the train arriving 30 minutes late.

Nice open station with great ADA access. Volunteers are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of RR history from the area posted throughout the station. Ready access to transit means you don't necessarily need to leave your car.

Just moved to the Pacific Northwest where the train is now a possibility. From Olympia to Albany, normally a 5 hour drive, I spent the whole time relaxing with a glass of merlot and a book. Business class was well worth the upgrade though I do tend to work while traveling so it makes sense for me. Loved it! Will definitely utilize Amtrak often!
