I’m not sure why all the negative reviews, as my experience was wonderful. Every time I called their phone, the person who answered was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Once they received my prescription, they filled it and had it ready promptly. The drive through took a little longer than expected to pickup my medication but they were friendly as well. One lady on the phone even took the initiative to add in my prescription coupon on the phone which was so nice and helpful, as usually other pharmacies act impatient with me when I use a coupon. The cashier inside was also super friendly.

Got immunized by the best pharmacist I ever had. No pain, no problems. Quick & fast as well as very friendly. Try them, you will always come back for all your immunizations. Whitman Lane, Lacey

I really like Rite Aid stores. However, when ordering prescription medications, apparently the doctor wrote the 3 month prescription for "100 pills" and the insurance company would not accept the order and therefore, the prescription could not be filled. It took 2 months of going from doctor to pharmacy to insurance company until the insurance company representative finally said that 3 month prescriptions had to be filled as "90 pills". It sure was nice to have the medications, yet, It Does Seem To Me that there are 92 days in the last three months. Therefore, perhaps the doctor and the insurance company and the pharmacy could agree on the number of days there are in a month? Thanks.

I am really surprised by all the negative reviews! I have never experienced a line of more than 3 people here and usually it has just been myself or 1 other person. I always receive a text when my Rx is ready, I have called several times with questions and they have either answered right away or placed me on a brief hold. The staff are polite and I have never experienced anyone being rude.

There is a shortage of pharmacists and pharmacy techs everywhere right now. Let's give a little grace for these essential workers who are doing the best they can while being asked to do more than ever and deal with hostile customers on top of it all.

Been going to this Rite Aid and the pharmacy for a year now, and I've never had a bad experience. Sometimes you have to wait a while at the pharmacy, but they are always busy so that's to be expected. One product rang up without the sale price that was advertised, and the employee took my word for it and rang it up for me at the price I said it was listed at. Today, my car battery died in their parking lot and one of the employees was kind enough to pull her car around and help me jump it. Thanks!

I have always had good customer service here. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. My prescriptions are always filled and waiting for me to pick them up at the times stated by their automated system. If you are on the auto-refill program you are called when the RX is filled and ready for pick up. I am quite surprised at the negative reviews I've read here. My experiences have always been positive.

Kari was super helpful with getting us a better deal on supplements and made it a great overall experience. Will definitely come back to this Rite Aid.

I frequent Rite Aid on a weekly basis. My Mother gets her meds from the pharmacy. I would highly recommend this pharmacy if you like to be taking care of above and beyond and not only have they gone out of there way for my mom it's just nice to walk in even if I'm buying bottled water and have someone walk up to me and ask how's my Mother doing. You have places where some pretend to care and those who care. No doubt in my mind which one this is because they make it that apparent. Its nice to hear an opinion instead of hearing the famous , " sorry I'm not qualified to answer that , I could get sued if I give you wrong info". I mean ya I get it but come on if we can't give our opinion without consequences then whats the point of rights in the first place. ( By the way you can't answer this question with your opinion , I'm not smart enough for a rebuttal.) That's all I have to say about that!(in Forrest Gump's voice) Have a safe one. God bless!

Rite aid is stocked up again. Still short hours do to covid and short staffing, should be back to normal hours by March.

Staff are friendly, fairly knowledgeable of product.
Saturday and Sundays store is closed at the same time as pharmacy due to covid and staffing.

I really enjoy the pharmacy staff here. They've been prompt, accurate, and have definitely made me feel like a valued customer.

Always a quick in and out at this particular location. The cashiers are friendly and always willing to help.
