Great service in the store and great delivery service. When I went into the store to look at tables, I wasn’t pressured or rushed into anything, I was shown really personalized options and ended up buying exactly what I needed plus a fridge! (I had been contemplating replacing ours). Delivery was really smooth and the delivery guys took the time to make sure our door wasn’t damaged by the very wide fridge, and when delivering the table, made sure the chairs weren’t wobbly and that it was set up nicely, and that all the chairs were in place. They were really kind and respectful all around and cleaned up after themselves. This was the easiest furniture buying process!

We went to 4 other furniture places before going to this one. And almost right away we found 2 different couch sets that we liked! They have GREAT deals and our sales person that helped us out was so friendly and helpful!!

Walked in and was addressed immediately. We sat on almost every couch in the store. Lots of options and lots of comfy options. We were stuck on 2 couches and thought about it over night. The next day we went back and was helped by the same gentleman who told us al about the couches and their manufactures and how the couches are actually built. He told us pros and cons of both. One of the couches was not made by American home furniture but he still spoke highly of it. We were able to get a deal with their free delivery sale out to Yelm. They also offered military discount. I recommend this company! Super easy to work with and they have quality products and services.

Have a good selection, ordered a customized recliner sectional couch from fabric to each piece and the layout. took 3 months to arrive, but it was nice, so worth the waiting, plus I ordered around holidays, so I know it would be slower to make it.

I was referred by the first store (competitor), to check out American Home as I was searching for something specific. While Mariah was on a call I used the computer available for browsing. When I told her what I was looking for, she took me back to the exact item I had found on their website! While completing the purchase, Jordan helped schedule delivery. It is rare to get same day or next day delivery but at the last hour of the day, this place came through! Great customer service!

I had a real good experience coming in, I was well taken care of and was able to find exactly what I was looking for with the help of the associate she found multiple options for me to compare until we found the best one. She explained everything in good detail and was able to have answers to my questions.

Great customer service. I called them because I’m having an issue with furniture I bought almost a year ago and had lost the warranty paperwork. They were so helpful with finding the paperwork and also looking into another route for me to take that may be faster than the warranty. I would recommend this furniture store to anyone and I will definitely continue to buy furniture in the future from them.

Just ordered a couch from American Home Furniture and it's was a great deal! The online stores weren't hitting the spot but AHF had two models right in the store that were just what we wanted.

Our assistant, Mariah, was great. She pointed out additional choices they could order in which was helpful to find the color we wanted.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly, knowledgeable and not overbearing. By far the best furniture buying experience I've ever had.

Found a bedroom set online. It is sold at two local stores. At the first store the salesperson didn't know anything about the bed features. Also we could only get the bed in two weeks or so. The other parts to the set would take 6 months.
Went to Ashley furniture and got the exact bedroom set and a great deal on a couch. All will be delivered in two days.

We stopped by one weekend, walked through and didn’t see anything that caught our eye. Went down the street, settle for something there and made a purchase but delivery wasn’t for another 4-6 month.

The weekend after we went back to American Furniture and we saw a sofa that caught our eye! We purchased a sofa and recliner there.

Here’s the best part.... no waiting 4-6 months! We were able to load it on the truck and head home with it that day!

Don’t judge this place by its storefront. It might look small but it runs deep! It is packed with furniture. Also if you don’t see something on the floor come back again soon! They rotate their furniture often and tend to bring out new inventory often too.

Jeff was great to work with. This place has a great price range to fit any budget. I’ve already recommended this place to friends.
