Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This DQ looks extremely updated! I love the looks of this DQ and the way they had everything set up; patio with lights, drive thru and parking. They gave me one of the best blizzards I’ve ever had. The ice cream tasted so fresh and delicious and they didn’t skimp out on the goods! The employee I interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly.

Stopped into this location last week, and I must say I am impressed with all the observations I made with the restaurant. The staff was very friendly, the lobby was spotless. Most importantly the food was fresh and presentable 👌🏽 Great job guys keep it up!

Great location and always on point. The chicken strip basket is always good here, hot and fresh. I love that they have gravy as an option for dipping. Their blizzards are always full of ingredients. I’ve never had a problem at this location.

Great banana split. They'll make it any way you want it! I got mine with Carmel topping and pecan sprinkles. The pecans were actually whole nuts! The cashier brought our order to our table and was very courteous and professional.

I’m not big on DQ’s food. Their burgers are not too good, just in general. But their ice cream is good! And I love that they have Pepsi beverages instead of Coke like every other fast food place has. It’s a nice change. Employees have always been nice when I go there and the restaurant is very nice after the remodel.

Always sooooooo good! Blizzards, strawberry julius, chicken strips, and the burgers! I've been getting my kids ice cream cakes for years! And I've been going to the Francis location since 1994! I love this place!

Went and got banana splits! They were amazing! The service was also great and the wait was reasonable.

Kido and my partner love Blizzards. I love Buster bars but wish they made something similar like a fudge Sunday on a stick. Oh yeah our pups love the pup cups. Always good customer service.

I have not been in a dairy queen for many years. It was bright and clean and the staff were super friendly and fast. Service was fast and friendly and I will definitely go back again.

We go there for a little reward ice cream sundae every week we get exactly what we order on a timely fashion so no complaints

I love DQ! Definitely recommend there Cotton Candy Blizzard! It was a long drive thru wait time but, I respect them cause they’re low staff. But, the staff is so nice and respectful!

Summertime blizzards are amazing. New flavors but wish they had more special fruit concoctions like mango! The drive up gal was friendly. The service was timely.

Absolutely love the remodel, now I can wait in the drive through line without blocking cars in the parking lot. Staff are always super happy and considerate. I will always go out of my way to go here specifically.

Tried ordering from doordash. They wanted to go out to the store that is over 45 minutes away. I canceled my order and drove to the one 10 minutes down the road and spent 20 dollars less than delivery. Moral of the story you ask... Dairy queen is awesome when it's still frozen.
