They define customer service! They are happy to help, and think out of the box to get you what you need. They are fast! So pleased we moved our prescriptions from CVS!

Changed pharmacy yo this one and wonderfull service. Super on it for my prescription and answers your question quickly and phone.

The drive thru service and staff are INCREDIBLE!! Always friendly. professional and helpful. Debbie (as well as others) always brighten my day. I sometimes wish I was sick more often,!! Lol!

Made the switch from a different pharmacy and so glad I did. They have been amazing and very kind so far. Everyone working there is so helpful.

Not only as a pharmacy but good grocery store, with great prices for those on a budget. Excellent variety. Good store layout. Helpful staff. Friendly checkers. Great place to grocery shop. Easy to see from road. Free parking. Handicap accessible and handicapped parking available.

Great customer service

I arrived at the drive through, apparently just before the pharmacist was closing for lunch. I was feeling very sick and asked him to please fill my prescription so I could go home. The medication comes in a box. All he'd have to do is put their label on it. He refused. He said it would be an hour and a half. I had no one to return for it and told him I would have to sit in the parking lot and wait. In the time it took for him to tell me all the reasons he couldn't do it, he could have done it 3 times. No compassion whatsoever. I wouldn't have made the request had I not been so sick.

As someone that has worked in the pharmacy industry for many years, including as a tech for several years, I understand the reality of working in a pharmacy. I am always very understanding of the rules, regulations and demands of working in the pharmacy and I am a very patient customer/patient for this reason. I am appalled at the "service" this pharmacy provides. There is zero compassion or care by the female pharmacist I have encountered or Mary. Each time I come in and encounter either of them, they are so cold, dismissive and downright rude. I filled a medication for my dog who was on end of life care and was questioned whether it was really for my dog. I filled a medication for an upcoming surgery and was questioned multiple times WHY I was getting this medication. I had surgery and was having extreme nausea from the pain medication. My doctor called it in and I called to find out when it would be ready. They wouldn't even take it off the voicemail because they were going to lunch in 15 minutes so I was told I would need to wait over an hour. I called another pharmacy that said they would fill it for me asap but when they called over to get it before they went to lunch, they refused to pull it off their voicemail so the other pharmacy could fill it. The service and basic human compassion is non existent from the many experiences I have had here. I think the pharmacy management needs to take a hard look at why they work in the pharmacy. They need to remember there are people with lives and pain behind those prescriptions. I will not fill another medication here but I hope this message reaches someone there that will make changes so no one else has to experience the same poor service I have received here. Do better.
