Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Our car was totalled so we had to rent a car for an extended period of time. Very stressful situation. But Makayla was awesome, very helpful and fast service! I also spoke to another girl (sorry I can't remember her name!) she was also very nice and helpful. Made everything easier! Great customer service all around! Thanks for a great experience!

Had a great experience here. Both Olivia and Dua were extremely friendly. They made sure I was taken care of when I needed a rental. Overall good experience.

Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful. Went out of her way to help me when I came in last minute . Totally could have just done her job, but recognized that I needed help and went the extra mile to make it happen . I received awesome customer service from the 2 ladies on 6/19/2023. They were extremely busy and I needed to change my rental to another vehicle due to height and back issues. They did not hesitate to provide me with something else. I didn’t mind waiting as they multitasked while helping several people at once. :-) Awesome service and that is why I always rent from Enterprise! :-)

I was very pleased with the way Hayden treated me while getting a loaner vehicle there. His customer service and attention to detail were great and very high in my book. He took great care of me and I would highly recommend him and his staff of high professionals to anyone. Great staff! The Assistant Manager (Mataeo) is an awesome guy! I had to travel to Pasco WA for business and the 2017 Rogue is amazing! Overall, a great first time experience with Enterprise.

This was my first time renting a car. But I had the best experience at the lacey location. Kaitlyn and Haden were very helpful, and just all around amazing to work with, super friendly and personable. I highly recommend, and will using them in the future as well.

Rented from here 3 times these past two months and each time they have been excellent and efficient. ..I wish I had reserved a car earlier with you guys, as you are sold out at the moment. Excellent service, worked well with our Insurance company. Very pleasant staff. Could have used more staff, they were very busy and we had to wait a while and they didn't have the vehicle that we wanted. We ended up going back the next day and got a very nice SUV although we wanted a truck. It ended up being fine. Staff explained that there was a shortage of trucks throughout their company

I was in need of a rental while my vehicle was in the shop. This branch was awesome. They reached out to me and made me aware of steps to ensure my insurance paid ahead of time. Josh, the branch manager, was very considerate of my time and got me in the vehicle and back to my workday routine in no time. Will certainly be back if needed in the future!

Everything about the rental experience was on point. Contact- less renting is available for those who are still leery about being around others. The app makes it easy to rent. They'll pick you up and drop you off if you give them prior notice. There is a drop box for returning the keys off hours. The staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs. This was a local rental for me, but when I travel I'll definitely use this company again. Just be aware that even if you call the local #, you might be routed through their "phone tree" and you might not get all the information for this particular branch.

A couple weeks ago, my truck’s starter went out and left me without a way to get to work and college. Unfortunately I needed to rent a car for about a week and decided to use Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 1219 Carpenter Rd in Lacey. After about a two minute painless process of ordering my vehicle on the Enterpise Web site I was guaranteed a car would be ready for pickup whenever I’m ready.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted at the door by a lovely young woman (I am horrible with names) and she made the process quick, simple, and painless. I ordered a premium 4-door sedan and they had multiple options to choose from (I chose the late model Impala) and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the vehicle. After a quick walk-around inspection I made my payment and was on my way.

Upon return, a gentleman greeted me and asked me about my experience. He took the time to go into the vehicles bluetooth activity and clear my phone to prevent others access from my info (which I didn’t even think about). I told him how impressed I am with the vehicle and he informed me of their car buying service they offer.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service, attitudes, and kindliness of the employees there and would recommend going to this location if you’re in the area and need a vehicle.

Second time this month I've had to rent a car and these guys took great care of me. Ben the first time and Kat(sp?) the second. They even came and picked me up. The cars are all newer and polished up nice.

It can be a little difficult getting the local office on the phone but they are busy taking great care of many customers in the office.

Okay, the Enterprise process (industry process?) of having national call centers “reserve” cars while not knowing the true status of car availability for any given location needs reform, the Carpenter Road crew in Lacey, WA were exceptional! My hat is off to DeShawn (branch manager), TJ ( assistant I believe) and Max for their professionalism and service. Thanks gentlemen! You helped us out immensely in a very trying time for your office. Get to know the people in your local branch, they will be very helpful in securing a rental vehicle. Oh yeah, and thanks for the lift home!

Rented a 2020 Hyundai Elantra for a week from Lacey, WA Enterprise. Got a great price. Check-in and out were both quick and hassle-free. Car was fun to drive and got decent mileage. Overall, I had a very good experience.

I reserved a car at the Lacey location and was very pleased with their service. It was a very busy Monday morning and with only a minor delay, I was in my shiny new car and on the road. Will definitely rent from this location in the future.
