Graham Northcott, real estate agent of the Munoz Home Group, was family's agent for the purchase of our first home. He was professional, friendly and helpful. He made our whole home buying process easy. We will be using Graham when we're ready to upgrade in 5 to 10 years. I will also be recommending Graham to anyone that asks me about real estate agents.

We were very eager to find a home and Graham Northcott helped us throughout the whole process. We were discouraged at times but Graham always looked out for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone out there looking for a home because he will look out for you, what you want and support you through the ups and downs. Our experience for finding our first home together would not have been possible if it weren't for him yes there are a lot of realtors out there but I'm glad we were recommended him to represent us. There was a selection but I chose him because I've heard nothing but good things about him and I'm glad he was our decision and thanks to bryce Zimmerman for giving us the opportunity to work with him.

We bought our house with Jason after going through multiple agents. We finally found an honest, straight forward agent. He since created his own agency and there was only one way we were selling the house. Both purchase and sell of the house went well ridiculously smoothly. Munoz home group is incredible! I am a first time home buyer and they were there guiding me every step of the way. My realtor, Janice, was patient, knowledgeable, and willing. My husband and I have bought and sold multiple houses in the past 40+ years, and our experience with the Munoz Home Group has been the best ever! We used the Munoz Home Group in 2018 to purchase property in Olympia where we planned on building a retirement home. Recently we decided to buy a home in the Olympia area to be closer to the building site. We did this at the same time we put our home on the market. This gave us a unique perspective of two realtor groups, Munoz Home Group and Sotheby's Homes. We reached out to Jason Munoz, who made purchasing a home remotely (two time zones away) more stress free than the local agent who was selling our Texas home.

We contacted Jason Munoz when we found a home online and asked for his help. Before calling us back he had contacted the seller’s agent and had information on the home’s status and on offers received on the property. With this information he provided us guidance to make a winning offer that was $15k less than other offers on the table. This was pretty impressive, especially in the hot market we were buying in.

Although we did win the bid we rejected the property, based on it’s condition discovered during the inspection. Jason not only helped us through this process, but continued to work with us to find other properties. He handled additional offers we made, and showed his professional knowledge and ability to guide us through the very competitive market. He provided us with “zoom” showings which gave a perspective of the homes that photos alone can’t offer.

During the closing process the Munoz Home Group provided a project management team to keep up with all the steps required and to keep us aware of the closing’s progress. Jason continued to keep frequent contact with us to make sure we had all the information we needed and sometimes just to touch base. He made us feel that we were his “only” clients, and more importantly he always left us feeling comfortable and confident that he was on top of everything. He helped coordinate home inspections, and provided other local contractors when asked. Throughout this purchase he earned our trust. Something you definitely want in a Realtor.

Jason and his team provided invaluable help when our home purchase hit a deal-breaking snag. Thanks to their creative brainstorming and suggested options, we were able to find a solution that allowed us to successfully close on our new house and keep our 15 year old Golden Retriever.

I want to personally say that I had such a great experience working with Janice. Her patience and deliverance was just everything and more that I could ask for. She has been in contact with me and helpful for a year and half. I reached out to her while I was downrange in Iraq, inquiring information on the whole process itself. I fell out of touch for almost a year. I reached back out to her and she was willing to work with me with no hesitation. She helped me even with getting a great lender, who I worked with an amazing team as well. She was so attentive and wanted to make sure I had a smooth process buying my first home. From looking to closing took about 3 months. It was such a smooth process and I couldn’t thank her enough! Jason and crew are absolutely amazing. Not only did we use him when we purchased our land, which took about 9 months to find the perfect one for our future home; he helped us by selling our old house fast within a deadline. No matter the day or time he always called us back to answer any and all questions but he never left out any details no matter how small to others.
