He was extremely flexible and always got us into a home we wanted to see as soon as possible, which was important to us in such a fast moving market. We also appreciated his honest and realistic opinion as we were looking at fixers and land. He never discouraged us, but did offer insight to help us make a good decision. We didn't feel like he was trying to "sell" us on any particular home, but helped us as a trustworthy friend with experience in the real estate market. We will definitely use him again if we need an agent.
