The business of owning a rental is always risky, but the exceptional staff on both the property management and realtor side of the business provide the confidence that we made the right decision in this investment. They have always ensured our requests are answered in a timely manner and have readily provided the resources we need to manage our investment.

The company has recently changed owners and when that happens sometimes it's not such a pleasant experience. I've been surprisingly pleased by the transition. The new owners are conscientious and personable. Very understanding and empathetic in these troubled times. I'm happy to give them 5 stars.

Not only will he bend over backward to help you buy the home you want, and not only does he listen to you, he tries to understand, find something you’ll want and need, suggest something that may be better, or find an otherwise solution to your problem. He never points out a problem without also providing or looking up a solution. If he doesn’t know something, he’ll research or find someone who does know. Floyd will place you and your interest first. You’ll understand if you served in the military... mission and squad first!
