They are amazing people! Despite a bit of issues that were out of anyone’s control, they went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that things were made right. You guys earned my trust & the 5 star rating! We canceled our order with Ashley & came to you, and you guys did not disappoint. I appreciate your transparency every step of the way. I would recommend this furniture store to anyone who is interested and wanting a better deal than other furniture stores.

I forgot to mention, Ms. Tonya was amazing and treated me with respect, listened to my concerns & understood what I was looking for as far as furniture. She was very helpful & patient. Then I met Eddie, who was also very patient in explaining details of the process. Mike was also very prompt with getting on the phone to get our approval. And Ms. Nancy tended to our needs when we had issues with Symphony. Overall, you guys have been very professional, patient, and honest in providing us quality customer service. The delivery guys were also great… I did not get their names but they were respectful of our home and ensure the furniture were put together in a timely fashion. No complaints here. I had a fabulous experience shopping at the Olympia Furniture and Sleep Company. Walking into the store for the first time I was quickly greeted by friendly staff who invited me to check out whatever I wanted and to ask if I had questions.

There was quite the inventory on the large main floor, but I was blown away when they took me downstairs, showing virtually double the inventory. Working with staff, they were able to find products that met my requirements in color, quality, and size. They spent a lot of time with me, looking at different models of recliners, loveseats, and pull out bed/couches. They researched products beyond what was on the floor and found the perfect fit for my pullout bed/couch. I mean it is spot-on, awesome! They also were able to find me 2 recliners for my RV that fit perfectly, and were the exact material and color that I wanted.

I opted to use their financing for my purchases, and the application and approval process took just a few minutes - which contributes greatly to the overall experience. I recognized that sales staff are supposed to spend time with customers to help them make an informed purchase. Jeff and his staff at Olympia Furniture and Sleep Company, do this in such a natural and organic way. They exhibit a passion in their work to not just meet your needs, but to also exceed your expectations in the service delivery process.

I simply could not have had a better experience. Olympia Furniture and Sleep Company Is a local company, has a huge inventory, and the best sales staff and service experience I’ve had in a long time. What a great local treasure to our community.

We were greeted & asked what they could help us with. We were there to buy 2 lift recliners. Which we did. We are so excited for them to be delivered. Couldn’t ask for a better team of employees that helped us get what we wanted & needed. Sonny was very informative & delightful in every way.

What a great furniture store! I found my perfect all-wood TV stand, with plenty of storage beneath for my music (I teach piano). So aesthetic, with beautiful glass doors and open bookshelf styling in the center. I chose it in black, to match my existing furniture and artwork. Craig helped with my purchase in so many ways, I cannot thank him enough. You will love the quality and service from Olympia Furniture Company.

I have this thing, when I feel what I need, I go there. Check out this, ? Love seat... It is eletric! (OMG, right) it reclines with push of a button, & lifts legs and adjusts head rest, And the cup holders! THERE R 4 of them!! And 4 stash boxes. I AM IN 💘

We love our new couch! We are very pleased with The Olympia Furniture and Sleep Co. The sales lady didn't pressure us to buy a more expensive model when we chose what happened to be a lower cost couch. They kept us up to date as to delivery with telephone calls. The delivery fellas were very friendly and kind. We definitely would recommend this store.

Craig was great to work with and very helpful. He was super informative and answered all of our questions. He explained all of the ways to take care of our couch and even helped us store the couch until we move into our new home. We will recommend Craig and the Olympia furniture store to all of our friends and family. Having such an easy buying experience at an incredible price had us even more excited to move from the east coast to the west coast!

My husband and I have been going to the Olympia Furniture store for the past 2 and 1/2 years since we moved from out of state. We, in fact, bought all of our new home furniture with the exception of a couch at the OFS. Jeff, the store manager, has helped us since the beginning and, along with all the staff, have become more like friends than business reps. The store offers a great variety of styles and quality for great value, with professional and friendly help. We highly recommend it.

After a bad experience at a larger popular furniture store, we went to Olympia Furniture. We got exactly what we were looking for with much help from the owner and Craig. We felt valued as customers as both the owner and Craig spent time helping us navigate specs and prices. After we our purchased our recliner, Craig helped us load it into our car, which we were really surprised by as larger furniture companies don’t always do this.

Will be our new go-to for any furniture.

No pressure service, Craig showed us all items we requested, explained all sales and discounts. We returned two days later and purchased a dinning room set. Highly recommend.

Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service by all to make sure we had a good experience. They didn't try to "sell" us on anything, just spent whatever time was needed to answer all of our questions and help us find the right fit for us. Walked in and immediately greeted by friendly employee. Wasn’t pushy at all! Showed me the section to look in and even got me a great deal in their clearance section. Checkout and pickup was a breeze! Highly recommend! Already planning to go back for more furniture we are looking for.
