Excellent pizza I love PPJ !! My favorite is the bbq chicken with stuffed cheese and Ultimate pepperoni, works is so yummy for a date night😋

We ordered pizza last week and everything was great! The order was made as soon as we placed online order. It was very fast and there was no extra wait! Thank you.

Ordered online. Supposed to be contact-less delivery but they had me sign the receipt and handed the boxes over. Got the bbq chicken pizza and the cinnamon pull apart dessert. Both were very good. Delivery was fast enough it was still very warm. The crust of the pizza is amazing! Very happy with my order quality and the relatively easy online ordering.

I order there $8.99 special n it was delicious n the girl that delivered my order was polite n kind n generous n your cinnamon pull apart was very delicious I would totally order them again they are addicting

Hot n fresh when it got delivered. And gluten free crust option! Next we need dairy free cheese option. Love they have the sardines as a topping option.

I visited the store for take out. Pizza was fabulous! It was cooked perfectly and the service was very quick and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

The new GM is amazing, even when they are short staffed he always has an amazing attitude and is very helpful! I work next door, and I eat there often because it's such a nice experience! Their papadias are great, and the pizza is always great too! The garlic parmesan bread sticks are fantastic! Can't say enough good things 😊

I love papa John's pizza. The Cedar City location does the best at not only making great pizza but listening to their customers. I had a not so great experience and they were quick to contact me and help make it right. Wonderful customer service. I recently returned and was very impressed with service and quality of their pizza. Thanks so much, Papa John's! Still the best.

Previously I ordered from papa John's and did not have a great experience overall. Today I decided to give them another try, everyone deserves a second chance. And let me tell you by far the best pizza & cheese sticks ever. The food was hot and fresh at pickup. The cashier greeted me as soon as I walked in. And talk about cleanliness it was spotless. Overall I had a great second experience and will definitely try them again. Thanks papa johns

Ordered a small cheese pizza tonight with some added peppers and got a call saying it would be delayed, which it wasn't. I felt like I waited no extra time! The delivery driver was charming and so was the person who made the call (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) but I got my pizza and it was actually upgraded to a medium for my "understanding" which was actually super sweet! I've honestly just been getting over a cold and the most concerning symptom from it was my complete lack of appetite. I've been eating nothing but baby food and applesauce for about 6 days now. At 11pm I suddenly got this rawring hunger for some good pizza and I definitely didn't want Dominos. Thanks Papa John's for surprising me!

Update: new owners early 2019. Food is still delicious & now customer service is on point. Phone skills were lagging w previous owner which made putting in a order a nightmare. New manager contacted us direct & went through new set up - I'm super impressed & excited because it's the best pizza in town.

The pizza tastes greats, I've always loved papa johns. The workers couldn't have been nicer. There wasn't any tap water, but they brought us 3 bottles free of charge. It's small things like that that leave a large impression. I will definitely come again!

Great service. Had 2 large fully cooked multi-topping pizzas served in 10 minutes right before closing Everywhere else requires 30 minutes! Best pizza place ever! Definitely going back there again next time I pass through!!

Ordered Papa Johns for my brother's family the night they moved from one house to another in town. I accidentally had it sent to the wrong house, and Tanner got it back off the doorstep for me and took it to the right house across town. And he was polite and cheerful about it! Can't beat that service!

Edited: I recieved a call yesterday from the owner who felt so horrible about the experience i had on Monday. He apologized profusely and asked if i would allow him to try and right the situation. I said "sure, tomorrow is my birthday and I'm not going to want to cook so i will place a order for then" he completely took care of the cost of my order and i came home from work to a perfectly cooked pizza that was delivered within the quoted time! Thank you so much Travis for fixing this and making sure it doesn't happen again to anyone else by educating your staff!!!!

I don't know if they got new managment or what it is, but this is now the second time in about a month and a half that i have ordered pizza from here to be told that after the allotted time i was quoted for delivery, that there is no driver avaliable and i will have to wait longer for my delivery. The prior time i waited for a hour (mind you it was at a odd ball time like 3 pm on a weekend day) to then call and be told my delivery hadnt even left the store yet.
This time i ordered at 11:50 am and at 12:30 a good 10 minutes past the 28-32 minute delivery estimator time had ellapsed, i recieved a call saying it would be another 30 minutes for a delivery driver to even be able to bring it to me. But that it was done now if i wanted to go get it. I ordered delivery for a reason..... So i told them to cancel my order. I am done with this location for a darn good time.
