My favorite convenience store chain this side of Maverik's

I live pretty close and go here a lot. The employees are pleasant and reasonable. We go there a lot for slurpees and they're pretty cheap! Typically they have cherry, Coke, blue raspberry, and another flavor that changes. Begin summer/end of spring is when I think the Pina Colda slurpees come out and they are SO good.

I have had very good experiences here. The prices of candy are crazy and so is a lot of other things. The one thing that gets me is I use the app for discounts, and one of them is very misleading. It says large fountain drink for .89 cents with a picture of an iced coffee as well. I don't always like to drink soda and wanted to get an iced coffee and was told there is no button on the registers to ring that up? The 2 male workers agreed the image was definitely a soda and coffee but they weren't willing to lose their jobs over an app technicality on coffee 😂 I love giving them a hard time (all in fun!) However you need to fix that... it's false advertising if you ask me, because I don't know of any soda that is brown and looks like coffee! If that's the case I can drive up to McDonald's and get a 99 cent iced coffee from their app!

This store is one of the worst AMPMs I've ever been in I understand am PM has a common protocol as it is a pretty national brand but this place just plain sucks. I drive by here almost everyday on my way to work and I always stop in hoping that something will change but it never does not one time have I been in there where the coolers were even halfway stocked yet you can see the products you want sitting in the cooler through the window but nothing on the shelves. I have politely asked to compute times why this is and every time I'm always given with the same answer. That they are simply under staffed which would be a valid answer if every single time I would in there I didn't see three employees two of which standing around doing nothing always heavy set and lazy looking. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against heavy set people but Jesus Christ. These people stand around on their phones texting or jumping through TikToks but can't stock the damn cooler or any of the other products and surely seems as though the only products that get stocked in the store are the one stocked by outside vendors. It's kind of sad because the store has potential but seems to hire careless lazy employees who refuse to do anything besides scroll on their phones.

Years of going. Only dependable decaffeinated coffee in town.
Three times I've tried to get the 1.$ croissant with purchase of coffee
I haven't gotten one yet.
Twice, counter person had no idea what I was talking about. One sold it to me, but refunded my 1$ after kitchen person said" they're Gone, I ain't making any more!"
This last time I was told if I didn't have it on the app he wouldn't be able to help me...

Relying on the register to figure out change is pretty common...and has been for a while.
Not knowing the specials PLASTERED ALL OVER THE BUILDING could easily be remediated: train your employees

Wyl the new cashier was extremely rude and called me impatient for simply putting my items on the counter. He eventually tried challenging me to step outside which I accepted and he then backed off but started to cuss at me instead. I asked Jacob for help with the situation and he refused to do anything.

Just here at the store now. Seriously bad service from new employee. I asked about a drink and he couldn't tell me and ran off .
You used to have AWESOME workers here, WHAT HAPPENED? Definitely NOT coming back!!!!

18 packs of beer were clearly marked on sale $17.99. price rang up $19.99. cashier refuse to honor the signage price. Current time 9:12 p.m. January 20th Friday 2023.

**UPDATE**
Response from owner gave phone number that goes to a robot menu for "my BP station" customer support. They are closed as of now 11:18AM January 21, 2023. Yes I kept my receipt. I don't know what "my BP station" customer support will do for me about AMPM with an arco gas station though. So far a useless response.

As I stated in my review of the gas station I appreciate everything the staff is doing amid the worker shortage but there is never any hot food available anymore.

Updating review:

Still no hot food. The drink section is always bear bones empty even when I see the truck there stocking the fridge. I can't even go in here anymore because they never have anything!!!!

I was there 6 p.m. 11/20/2018. One guy pouring mini bottles of rum into his fountain drink, 2 guys doing a drug deal in the parking lot. Didn't feel safe, will never go again.

Sign says closed. Internet says open. And still helping customers inside. But they tell me they closed. Horrible customer service
