This place has it all, no matter what your cravings are or your hungry for this is it. Very clean, friendly and the service is great. Every item not only looks great & delicious looking, but perfectly displayed. I was amazed by all the choices one has. There are so many different types of food, to many to name all. The gentleman in the picture (sorry can't remember your name) he was amazing, going through all the choices there was, helping me decide what type of drink to get, for there was such a nice list of, I didn't know what to get. The drink I enjoyed all the way home, fun to get fresh fruit held by the straw. This place will not disappoint anyone. If your ever in the area, It is a must stop in for a delicious treat or a quenching Thurst, you will not be disappointed.

I just love this place!! Perfect for those on either a keto, vegan, and with gluten allergies. It's the perfect place for goodies without the guilt. I love that you can order cakes for events too. :) The staff are highly professional and also so nice.

Clean and organized shop with a variety of well marked foods. Everything is color coded for Keto, Dairy-free, etc. Friendly helpful staff is there for any questions.

This first time been here and was greated with a wonderful welcome. I looked over the shop qnd was so amazed by everything, on the menue was so many choices. I let the.gentlemqn make the choice for me and he did a fantastic job. This place has a huge choice qnd very clean, organized and unique. Amazing!! I'll be back again. This is a must, so stop in and try something on there menue, you will not regret it. Thank You for such a wonderful experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with my diet restriction. Even with all my restrictions they had amazing choices. I ended up having a keto burger for lunch with some of their tasty chips which was delicious!! Then I bought a couple dessert options some chocolate covered macaroons and a peanut butter cookie sandwich!!! Let's just say both were a slam dunk and I didnt even miss the sugar.

This place is a must for anyone with gluten and sugar sensitivities. The staff was so sweet and friendly and the food is all so very tasty! My family has loved everything and we purchased many items and all have been superb! Can’t wait to go back!!!

This is a spot you don’t want to miss— we just moved to the area and were in search of a tasty donut shop. I was hesitant with gluten free/keto (don’t get me wrong— I love the idea of a donut that’s better for you than the usual alternative— but most of the time products fall way short and just don’t taste great and leave me wanting the real thing.) That was NOT the case with this place— their donuts are DELICIOUS. Seriously. I have no interest in going back to a regular donut. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in: 1) their products are as advertised— they look just like their pictures. Presentation 10/10.
2) their customer service. This is a family owned business and it shows in all of the best ways. They have pride of ownership and were so attentive and friendly from the second we stepped in. 3) it’s much more than a “donut shop”. It’s a full on health food one-stop-shop. 4) it’s extremely clean.
I’m already planning our next trip— definitely a place that will become your go-to spot!

Such a great Gluten free bakery and eatery. The hot food was delicious. Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful about the products. Very proud to share the family business with others. The low carb treats are amazing. So good we drove over an hour to visit the store! We will be back!

If you need keto, gluten-free, vegan, or other specialty foods, you’re gonna be in heaven here! Huge selection of keto and gluten-free desserts, plus a few other prepared foods. Can’t believe it took me so long to find this place, but I’ll be back! Friendly service, too.

Great gluten free options that had been previously purchased at coffee stands now has a new home! The slice of a chocolate carmel sauce cake with coffee frosting (?) Was beyond fantastic. I need a whole cake of that am highly recommend! Expanded menu is awesome and look forward to visiting often. Gluten free dream in selah!

My keto dream come true!! I’ve been eating their cookies for 2 years now. At the time of this post I’ve lost over 160 pounds. These guys make it so much easier to enjoy the diet instead of suffer through it. They don’t just have treats, they have meals!

Undeniably unbelievably delicious!! I surprised my sis with a Keto everything cake and she said BEST ever. Such a huge selection and the staff were so helpful!

Great place for Vegan and Keto desserts. They make specialty cakes and have a few ready to cook keto dinners. Definitely recommend checking this spot out.

Wow! How cool is this place! The imagination in their shakes! Everything "home cooking". So many treats to choose from. How can you stay away?

Great little 100% gluten free, sugar free bakery. Been getting their cookies from local coffee shops when I pass through. Was so excited to see they have a store now. Had fresh made doughnuts for breakfast, and they were delicious. A Celiac's dream come true.

This little business is doing everything right! I stopped in on a whim and have been back weekly since. Go if you haven't, don't buy anything if you don't want, but experience it.
