Quickshine Express Car Wash

Edited after follow up: They did full due diligence and proved to me that the scratch was there before. So with that in mind, I'll be fair to them. It's a good, quick wash that leaves the car nice and shiny and it stays shiny for a while. Usually until I come back. I do go for the expensive one, usually. They do take the time to de-grime my wheel wells, which is very considerate. Also, they have great vacuums and those little air blower things. I will, in fact, be coming back next time I need a wash. And I'll also try to check myself before wrecking myself next time.

Original version: Up until recently I liked them pretty well. Mostly because they have great vacuums. The wash itself seemed comparable to any automatic wash. But yesterday it put a huge scratch all down the passenger side of our vehicle. Most of it is just the clear coat, and will buff out. But there are parts on the front passenger door all the way down to the metal. A bit upsetting on a car with less than 10,000 miles on it. I will buff it out and touch it up, but I don't think I'll be coming back here either.

All good. I don't know how to leave a tip when I use a card to pay for a basic wash. The office doesn't keep cash according to the sign. When I figure it out I'll leave a big tip to make up for it. I like being able to vacuum and pitch trash afterwards myself. It's pretty efficient. The service folks are kind. Lots of pollen this year!

Car wash is awesome they have a free car wash, just text a code gives you the most expensive wash for FREE witch is already so worth it, the ceramic wax and the lime an rust concentrate are my favorite parts. My rims are so freaking clean, my vehicle is shinyy and right after you exit the tunnel they also ask if you’d like a wipe down for the excess water spots there were no water marks left 100/10 would Recommend. 🙌🏼 thank you for taking care of my vehicle.🫶🏼

I love this car wash place. I got a free wash with a coupon and they help you wipe it dry after the wash. The vacuums are also pretty good and in the shade so you’re not dying of heat while vacuuming. Will come again.

I have a monthly membership at this car wash. I've always been pleased with quality of the automatic wash I receive and the vacuum bays are always clean and functional.

I'm writing this review because I think two employees at this wash deserve kudos for going the extra mile. I went through the wash on August 25, 2022 a few minutes after 2pm. Though I don't have their names, the two gentleman in the auto-wash bay spent several minutes getting the caked mud out of my wheel wells and I truly appreciate their efforts!

Unfortunately, I live on a dirt road, and always feel a bit guilty running my messy Honda through the well maintained Quick Shine car wash, however, the employees at Quick Shine have always been friendly and professional.

I've been through several of the Albuquerque car washes prior to purchasing the membership here. Even with the higher level washes, I've never had any of the car wash employees at other automatic car washes make the kind of effort the two gentleman at Quick Shine did today. One of the two has done the same for my car on another occasion, as well, so it's obvious this was not just a 'one-off. '

I hope the manager and/or owner appreciates those two employees for the gems they are! (wink)

Went through the car wash quickly and easily. Very friendly staff. The exterior of the car looks cleaner than it has been in a long time. I am happy with the outcome

I usually use mister car wash, and I gotta say this is 10X better, service was prompt and my wash was followed by staff wiping down my glass and windows for no extra charge, their vaccums are fantastic and got off all the stuborn dog hair and sand I had from a trip to white sands. Highly recommend! Will be returning again for all my future washes!

For a drive-through car wash, they do pretty good vacuums are outstanding and if for some reason, your car doesn’t wash, they’ll let you run it through again I know additional charge

Though the line was extremely long, the wait went by quickly. The free wash was amazing!! Never seen the Expedition so shiny!!! And great power in the vacuums located on both sides of the vehicle. Great experience.

Their machines wash, you vacuum and detail. New facilities and their vacuums SUCK! My car rugs and seats are so clean.

Reasonable and unlimited wash packages available. Definitely give them a try. I'll be back.

The guy working his name is Chris i think, he showed us how to use the machine and got us in to wash so quick and then the same guy (BEAUTTIFUL HAIR BTW) dried our car off with a smile on his face with his hair blowing in the wind it was so shiny and so was our car!!! Love this place!!

Cleans your car pretty good and the vacuums work great and there is big trash cans to throw your trash wish they had wet micro fiber towels you can use like other places I’ve been but other than that pretty good place to wash your car and they give free washes for birthdays and holidays that’s a plus

Staff was very friendly, helpful and hardworking, I wash my car here all the time, best car wash in Albuquerque hands down, I never am disappointed in the wash, and the vacuums are very powerful and free, take my advice and give this place a try, I promise you will be satisfied

This was quick, easy, and got my car mostly clean! After all the mud and gunk, I'm pretty pleased! I was really happy about the vacuums, I have been going to this place for over 10 years, the upgrades are very appreciated!

The attention to my car was spectacular. A car wash attendant helped with my selection. The wash had a text code for free wash. A great and quick service. The vacuum stall was clean and working.

Besides the fact that the staff seems unsure how to wear masks correctly, we LOVE this car wash. Good price and does a good job.
