Domino's Pizza

Ordered delivery and they were at peak hour, took only 45 minutes for my food. May sound long however with 80 plus other deliveries that's a pretty good time for delivery. I'm sure the atmosphere would be equal to the great customer service but I order out never have dined in.

Domino’s in Cedar City, Utah has always been a good experience! I have been ordering from them for almost 11 years now. The drivers have ALWAYS been very happy and nice people. They are usually at the door within 30 minutes and their pizza is really good for a really great price.
They usually have a sale or deal of some kind available😊 You can’t go wrong with Domino’s Pizza! They even have Amazing deserts. 🌈🦋😜

We are a big fan of Domino’s Pizza. The kids were craving pizza on our way to LV from SLC, so we stopped by this location to grab one 3 topping thick crust pizza. Everyone was 100% satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful service! ^_^

This is the best pizza in town. I usually order Buffalo hot wings, cheese pizza, garlic knots, cheese bread, Coca-Cola and molten lava cake of course. This Dominos has been consistently good. With no contact delivery, very safe to order from, and they knock loud.

My usual order:
3 toppings NY style base with jalapeño, green paper and mushrooms on top.

A typical domino’s pizza restaurant. I ordered our usual 3 toppings large pizza. I have eaten domino’s in almost 10-15 US states and this is probably the best tasting pizza amongst domino’s. It tasted amazing and you can simply start drooling by looking at the following pictures.
I’ll recommend all the people traveling through Cedar city or living in Cedar city. Must try pizza.

These guys are awesome! We placed an order for delivery and it was mistakenly delivered to another apartment. I called in and James was so quick to correct the issue! I didn't catch the driver's name, Daniel maybe? And he was so apologetic! What awesome people and great pizza!

Ordered pepperoni and cheese, but I got two cheese. Ate it anyways. It was good.

Jesus has personally left his mark on these workers here. These workers are amazing and will be welcomed into heaven

I love this place I want to give a shout out to one of the night managers there his name is James he is super awesome, helpful, and friendly.

It's a Domino's. They don't take 2 hours like other locations do, so that's pretty good.

Out of all the Dominos I've been to in the last 30 years to his is definitely the very best. I have been here at least twenty times and have ordered for my company as well. They have great customer service, my pies are always ready on time and they haven't ever gotten one wrong.

I came in at 11:30pm before closing and, I was nervous that I would upset the dominos staff. how ever I was greated by the happiest and best customer service I have experienced with dominos so far! Thanks you to James D. for giving me a great experience and a great pizza to go with it. Will 100% be coming back!

The customer service with our delivery drivers has always been great! The pizza is always fresh and hot. (We’re regulars) I sometimes order a sandwich but whoever made the sandwich tonight did a great job! It was the best one yet. Thanks guys :)

I got a pizza and 2 breadsticks. The breadsticks disappeared instantly when I brought them to the party. I sould have ordered more 😂

Husband and I were actually surprised at how good this pizza was. We're usually PH fans but this location may have changed that. Seriously good pizza, perfectly cooked, perfect amount of toppings. Good stuff. :)

I really appreciate the employees at this Domino’s! For some reason my order got messed up on the app so they made the pizza that the app said I ordered but not the one I actually wanted! When I called about my order being wrong they made me a brand new pizza super quick and turned a stressful situation into an awesome one! The pizza tasted great as well!

They were friendly and had my order ready when I got there.

I'm very impressed with this location. I had placed an order during a time when it was snowing. Not wanting to go out myself (and leave my sleeping kids alone), I placed an order for pizza through Dominos. I checked and they were still delivering though it was snowing. What happened next is a testament to the staff at this location because I feel that they went above and beyond the call of duty.

Following the tracker they have online I was watching to see when my food would be ready and delivered. When my pizza was ready I noticed that it said it was ready for pick-up. Confused and a bit upset I started scouring to make sure I didn't goof up. Sure enough I hadn't. The website below my tracker showed that I had selected delivery and my email confirmation as well confirmed it. Here's where things get a little interesting and what really impressed me.

My cell phone was dead. I didn't realize this until I saw the change and wanted to call to figure out what was going on. I figured it was probably the snow storm, but wanted confirmation on it. I pulled out my phone and saw it was dead. I went and plugged it in and attempted to power it back on, but it was just too dead that it needed a bit of a charge before it could power on.

Upset by what I had discovered and that I had a dead phone and not able to ask what was going on I hoped that it would just get delivered. And to my surprise it was. Turns out that because of the storm they were cancelling deliveries for the rest of the night. My food was made, and from what I understood after it was made the order was cancelled. Once it was cancelled they tried calling me, but were unable to. Because of this they had a guy come out and deliver my food anyway. And because the order had been cancelled first it ended up being free of charge. Now, let me explain why I'm impressed with the staff.

They admitted to having made an error by cancelling the order before contacting me. Granted it was difficult to contact me because my phone was dead and not powering back on. Because they weren't able to get in touch with me they decided to hold to the agreement and deliver. This shows me that they value their customers. I'm sure that any other place would have just decided that it's not worth going out in the storm, cancelled my order and said nothing. But this place decided they were going to get my food to me. I was so impressed. I wish I had cash on me to tip the driver. I am planning on going in to that location and give them a big tip for what they did, and the driver as well.

I will definitely be returning to this location for my pizza needs again because I know that they will take care of me. I'd say you are in good hands with the night crew of this location. Make sure to tip your drivers as well. Chances are they are a starving college student and need the help. I was already planning on tipping big originally, but with my order cancelled I had no way to get it on my credit card, but I do plan to deliver some cash to that location to show them my gratitude.

Also, the food was pretty good. Get their naked wings, make homemade buffalo sauce with Franks and butter, coat the naked wings, and eat them that way. They are good!
