Pop's Bagels

I have been driving through the area for over a year now and never really noticed this part of town, and specifically this establishment until they followed me on my Instagram account; since they're not too far from me I decided to check them out today, and boy I'm glad I did!
The place is quaint and simple; the entry is flanked by a couple of glass topped tables each having 4 chairs done in an all season red fabric and they lent a nice contrast to the bare white washed exterior wall and dark awning. When you walk in you are greeted by a 6 foot tall or so clear glass enclosure that profoundly displays the variety of bagels each with a hand written label, and to the right of it is the unpretentious self serve coffee counter with a simple sign that says.." Home sweet home.. Pennsylvania"
Besides the decor, the place is clean and organized. There's no over the counter menu but instead they have a double sided menu/brochure(s) that were neatly stacked in a holder right on the counter that you can freely take with you for future reference when you plan your next visit here( at least that's how I thought if it). The service was prompt, friendly , and genuine.
At this first visit, I opted for Lox on egg bagel, and the Philly on garlic bagel. Boy , where do I start...I should have eaten them inside 'cause my intent of taking them home completely faltered when I decided to devour them in my car, in the parking lot!
On both items, the flavors were balanced; the fillings/spread did not mask or overpowered the flavor of the bagels at all. For my egg bagel with whitefish( yes, they ran out of lox , but not a big deal because if anything I now have a reason to come back), it was a nice balance of sweet and savory. The whitefish was smooth and definitely complimented the slight chewy bite of the egg bagel. The Philly, now that was a nice " Kapow!" Moment when I unwrapped it; good size morsels of golden brown garlic on the bagel's surface. The caramelized onions was laid in with the meat uniformly over the egg that it prompted an involuntary "Mmmmm!" with every bite.
Holland, Bucks County PA..you guys have a gem there in your town with this little quaint spot. If someone asks me if I'll come back to this place, I'll have a 2 worded response... No doubt!

The Best Bagels in Town. Why far the best Everything Bagel is sold here !!! I recommend everyone to come here and enjoy a nice warm delicious breakfast.

We ordered a philly breakfast sandwich and a meat (scrapple) egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Both on everything bagels and both were delicious. One of the best breakfast bagel sandwiches I ever ate. The bagels tasted very fresh and the staff was friendly. Will come back when in the area.

Recently found this location. So happy to know they still have redhouse bagels!!! Love the spinach and super cinnamon bagels and the hot breakfast sandwiches are hearty. Only downfall is I will be gaining weight from all my visits I have planned!!

I've been here a few times & from sandwiches to bagels to bagel chips, my family & I are very happy with Pop's! Staff is so nice & organized. The shop is run very efficiently. You can call ahead for pick up orders or eat in the store - there's a few tables. The bagels are crispy on the outside & moist on the inside, delicious!

Pop's is the best bagel place in the area. I live in between a few bagel places but Pops for sure beats them all as the best for bagel, creamed cheese and bagel sandwiches. The kids and I did a test over the last couple of weeks and tried them all and all three of us unanimously agree, quote "Dad, Pops is the best bagel place for sure!"

This is a great bagel place. The food is always good. And the owners and workers are super nice. They always remember us and greet us. I would definitely recommend stopping in.

Absolutely some of the best bagels in the area. Their breakfast sandwiches are unbelievably good and if you haven't tried them yet get an order of home fries you'll thank me later!
On top of delicious food the service is awesome!

Stumbled onto this place when my usual shop was too busy. So glad I did. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. Bagel was soft and chewy. The bacon was crispy, the egg and cheese in good balance.
Also had a generous portion of home fries. They were fressh, cooked a nice golden brown, and seasoned perfectly.
Staff was friendly, price was good.

Pop's Bagels has the best bagels in our area. It's a small independent business that goes the extra mile to make their customers have a great experience. The cinnamon raisin ones are my favorite!

Finally had my first experience at Pop’s this morning. It definitely did not disappoint. The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly which compliments the quality of the food they serve. Both are great. The space is bright and clean with nice seating arrangements. This could easily be a daily breakfast stop for anyone. I recommend you give it a try, I’ll be going back for more.

Stopped in today for the first time -- two breakfast sandwiches and a bagel with chive cream cheese, and cold brew. All parts were made quickly, staff was friendly, and everything was delicious. This could quickly become my go to breakfast stop on the way to work.

Good variety of some outside-the-box bagel flavors - rosemary sea salt, asiago cheese. There is also a french toast bagel, which have been a favorite of mine from other bagel places but I dont see them often.

Bagel sandwiches were perfect. Bagels were toasted perfectly - warm crust on outside and soft on inside. Great all around!

Amazing bagels! We have been looking for good bagels in the area and we found them! Great staff and their specialty cream cheese options are incredible.

Great food, and even better service! They know what I want before I even walk through the door. Love the honey fig cream cheese - I think it would make a really nice cheese cake!

This place is awesome! I came in from out of town and stopped here. They blew me away with their quality, friendly service, and delicious coffee! This place will be my #1 stop every time I come into town! Seriously if you have not been here, you don't know what you are missing!

Bagels and excellent and owners are extremely nice and grateful for your business. I live closer to numerous places but always go out of my way to go here.
