I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and quick selling my car to CarMax was. The facility was very large, welcoming and very clean. Every staff member that I encountered was extremely polite from the minute I walked in. The staff member who helped me was Samantha. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Walked me through the entire process and explained everything articulately. I have already recommended CarMax to friends and family.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I got the greatest deal ever. I am so happy with my car. They even put a big bow on it !! No one ever did that before. It made me feel special. Thank you all. Thank you all.

I was a little suspect on purchasing a vehicle from them CarMax mainly because lack of full knowledge of their strategic entry into auto sales/dealerships, i usually go through my CU and get approved and go shopping. In this case was looking not for a new car but a used car, surprising their prices are great, offer a warranty plan with different tiers all are very good just depends on your choice, they delivered my car to my doorstep (Yes i did go to them to test drive the vehicle) they give you a time frame to bring the car back no harm no foul if you dont like it or something is wrong. For my own diligence i took the make and model of my car to the actual dealership servicing center and they checked it out and said the car is perfect shape and said CarMax did a great job in servicing it before i took ownership.

Such a fantastic experience. I purchased a car that I later had regrets about. I was able to return the car no questions asked. They got me into another amazing car for an amazing price. Everyone was so kind throughout the whole process and never made me feel bad for being so indecisive. Will never buy a car from anywhere else again!

Carmax had given me a reasonable offer on my vehicle . Millie met with me and worked with me through the sale of my car. She was professional, transparent and efficient. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was truly impressed and will recommend Carmax to others in the future.

We made an appointment online after getting an online quote, and it was super simple. When we arrived, we were seen relatively quickly and were offered the same amount as quoted online which was wonderful. Since this was our first time doing this, we didn't know if the first price was just the quote to get you in the door and then they would lowball you. I was thrilled that wasn't the case. We just had to sign a few documents and we were out the door with a real check in hand. Super easy and I would definitely recommend them again!

I give Jeremy in the service department is fantastic! He was extremely helpful and courteous. He went above & beyond to help me with my concerns with my electric car. He also followed up to make sure everything was still fine for me. His level of service has made me feel much better about my purchase. If you see my comments from when I initially purchased my car, I did not have a similar experience & had zero intentions of suggesting the CarMax method of purchasing to anyone. I have to say, Jeremy's level of service has me at least singing the praises of the "after purchase experience".

I had a great experience at Carmax in Langhorne! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got an online estimate from them on my car’s value. When I went in to sell them my car I got that exact amount. The process was quick and easy and they cut me a check on the spot!

Entire process of selling my car to CarMax was very easy. Courtney took care of everything quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful. Just make sure you bring all legal documents in case of name change from car title to sale of car. That didn't occur to me and I has to come back again.

Carmax quote was online and the quote they gave me was the best compared to other propective buyers for my trade-in including a dealer and a carmax competitor. My mileage I input during original online entry was slightly lower than what the actual was due to me not remembering the exact mileage so when we went to do a physical appraisal that was noted and so the final offer was few hundreds lower. Other than that the whole process was very easy, I think carmax as a whole was very professional they went over what they were looking at and what issues there was, in our case, our car was in great condition and therefore not much was told as issues. The customer specialist who dealt with us Quran Gordon was amazing as well and very professional and walked us through every step of the way. From the time of appraisal to the final issue of check for the car was maybe 30 minutes and walked away without much hassle.. Overall a great experience

Jeremy is the service department is the simple the best. I have never felt so comfortable with a person in my life. He goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. From the day I bought my truck he has made everything was perfect. Even helped my husband out when he purchased from another Carmax. So I recommend buying a car from this location just to deal with Jeremy. He will not leave you unsatisfied!

Great experience. Fair offer for my trade. Nice selection of vehicles and Fuquan took the best care of us. I never felt like I was being sold something, I felt like I was working with someone to get my family into a new vehicle.

Sold an older vehicle to CarMax. Excellent experience. I did my due diligence researching car values KB, Edmund's, checked retail etc ... so had a pretty good idea of the car's worth.
I got online offers from 5 companies. Mostly well known competitors of CarMax, one of which I had used before. CarMax gave the best offer. Took the car to the 2nd best offer because it was closer. Even though I was honest and thorough with the online eval, these guys offered WAY less than their online offer. AND wouldn't give me this offer in writing or guarantee it if I didn't accept on the spot. So, clearly not an honest offer.
Took the car to CarMax. Online check-in, EZ-PZ. Associate met me, very professional and courteous. 15 minutes later I had the same offer they had given me online. Another 15-20 minutes had a check in my hand. Doesn't get any better.

It was a great experience for me to sell my car to CarMax. It was also surprised to me the honesties, professionality and work effectiveness in CarMax. After I got an online offer and before I actually went to a location of CarMax, I was in doubt if, or how likely, CarMax can basically honor its online offer, so I called CarMax first, trying to get some sense on how seriously CarMax took its online offers. To my surprise, when I got there, they were keeping their words and paid as they offered to me after a normal physical/electronic check of my car.

It was the smoothest experience I've ever had selling a car. I filled out the application on line and was given a quote. I drove it in for my appointment and was greeted on time. They inspected my car. Took some pics. Told me they'd let me know the offer in 10 minutes. Came out with an offer that matched my original quote. I was ecstatic. I was in and out in about an hour with a check in my hand. Mary was absolutely outstanding and professional. I will recommend Carmax to everyone I know. Thank You!!
