Shelby is my new hair styles and she does a great job. She is also very friendly and personable.

Kenzey Veater has cut my hair for the last two years and she does an amazing job! She listens to what I want and like, but also gives me suggestions for what will look or feel better with my very thick hair. I'd highly recommend her.

I went in today for hair extensions on my thin baby fine hair, and I walked out feeling like a movie star. Shelby knows what she’s doing when it comes to hair, she made me go from hating my hair to loving my hair within three hours. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t do this sooner. if you’re thinking or wanting hair extensions, don’t spend another minute wondering if you should just, just call Shelby.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now. Kenzey Veater is the best! She’s super nice and always does a great job. Everyone else working here seems to be really friendly too.

I received a Spray Tan from Mandy, and it was excellent.

This is an update to an older review when I first found my stylist, Marci, at their old location. I have seen Joy as well for facial and waxing services. I'm so happy that I found them after moving here - I've always gotten such great service, extra time spent figuring out what I'm looking for, what I'm hoping to accomplish, at great prices.

Their new location is fresh, modern and there are great services available from hair, to waxing, facials, nails, etc. I've been happy to refer friends with young girls, I've taken my mother and mother in law there to rave reviews - I never hesitate to refer people there.

So happy these women are part of my Cedar tribe - always look forward to my appointments there.

Have been getting my hair done at French's for over five years now and my highlights are always done correctly never a yellow or orange tint they do wonderful job and shana is awesome.

Heidi at fringe has always made my hair BEAUTIFUL! And she is so fun and easy to talk to. Have gone to her since 2013. Seriously recommend her

Joy is the best waxer in Southern Utah! She pays such a great attention to detail, and you feel like a million bucks leaving. My eyebrows have never looked better! She is so fun to be around. You can t go wrong scheduling with Joy!

I seriously love this place! I went in to my girl Autumn to get my nails and hair deep conditioned! She did such an INCREDIBLE job! Seriously she was fast and my hair has NEVER felt so good! I highly recommend them as a Salon and Autumn as the stylist and nail tech!

I went to school with the owners of this AMAZING salon! These lovely ladies were the top of their class and have carried that into their business! Clean, organized, inviting atmosphere! Every service is personal and enjoyable! The staff is the best to be found! Can't say enough good about this company and the beautiful women who make it possible!!!

There is a sweet soul over at this place by the name of Joy. She is absolutely amazing at doing brows, (waxing). I was new to Cedar City, and I desperately needed my brows done for my school ID photo. I was hesitant to walk in, but I didn't regret it. Joy dropped what she was doing, and took care of me. She was very sweet, and gave me confidence. It was also very comforting to know that she had been doing brows for over 20 years! Sweet lady, great job, no gross eyebrows when I walked out the door. Loved my experience there!

I absolutely love Fringe!!!! I called as a new client about 6 months ago and was given to Marci Brooks. I explained to her what I wanted to do with my hair regarding color and cut. She not only gave me the best color I have ever had, but she talked me through everything, suggested a treatment plan to keep my hair healthy, and even gave me samples of products to try.
She was so fun, talented, and adorable. I would never trust my hair to anyone else!
