Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite me showing up with no appointment on the eve of the holiday, they were quick to accommodate me. Work was top quality, shop was very clean. Would recommend.

The owners are so friendly, my first time there and I felt comfortable. The secretary or owner kept me updated with what was going on. I was there for a oil change and inspection on my Toyota 4 Runner, the price was inexpensive. I would definitely go there again if needed help, highly recommend. I called but did not visit. They were very informative an honest over the phone. They answered all my questions and even tho they did not have the tire size I was looking for they were extremely helpful and patient with me and my questions and also informed me of a time when they were getting more tires in and when to try them again. Unfortunately I did find the tires at another location and I did not need to call them back, but for everything they did do was very pleasant and I would have gone there for service on the sole fact that our conversation was so pleasant. Thank you so much for your help and I apologize I could not give you my business.

We had a flat tire on our way from CT to WV on our travel trailer.
Got a flat in NY changed it with my spare. Got another flat in PA on Rte 81 with no spare 9:00 at night. Limped off the road called for roadside assistance no go. Limped into Luzerne Tire Co at about 10:00PM. Stayed all night in the parking lot. The sign on the door said open at 8:00AM. 7:30 AM someone pulled into the parking lot and told me to come in. He looked at my tires and said I dont carry them. He said he will call a competitor and see if he can get me two tires. One for the flat and one for the spare.
Around 8:15 I met Mark Ondishin in the office he told me they had gotten the two tires and were ready to mount them. Within 30 minutes I was on my way back to Rte 81 to continue our trip.
Mark and his team were fantastic. They accommodated us and made us feel like we were their most important customer.

Incredible service! We hit a deep pothole on the way to Georgia from New York on 81S and needed a new tire ASAP! They were very polite and got my car in right away so I can get back on the road! Thank you all so much for the great service.

As I walked in it smelled so clean! I came here with a friend bc she needed a tire while traveling. I also had some car issues, but was unsure how to operate the problem without the correct tool. After asking a nice man by the name of christian (I believe) for the tool he came to our rescue to help us out instead! He was awesome. So helpful... My friend also had a great expirence! Overall everyone was super helpful, attentive and professional. If I'm ever in pa again and need assistance I know where to go! Thank you for making this day so much more easy for me after it being "out of my control." You guys really made my day!

Wasn't sure what was wrong with my car, but expected to have to get a new alternator. They checked everything out before just changing it and it was just wiring which saved me tons of money! Honest and good people!

Great place my husband and I where visiting in Pennsylvania and our tire wasn't holding air so we stopped in they took our SUV in right away and fixed it. Service is wonderful, clean , courteous I would highly recommend.

I am amazed how helpful they are. Im a female and went in wanting the best tires because i put alot of miles on my car. Mark sold me great tires at a great price. The tires lasted me 2 years and i sold the car with those tries still in great shape. The Lady still has the car. The tires lasted another 2 years for Her. Being female and been not knowing anything He could have sold me the most expensive He had or crapy ones. Ive also threw the years have had diffeent services done and everything was completly explained to me so i could understand. At a reasonable price too. Everyone their is friendly and kind and very helpful. They also let me take my Dog Toby how sweet is that.

The owner's wife and my husband work together so we may have been treated a little special but I have a feeling that they treat everyone as warmly and Friendly and I recommend them to everyone... They went out of their way to see that we were in and out and under an hour and went out of their way to find us every discount possible without sacrificing service and quality

Had a set of tires from Tire Rack that I was scheduled to get mounted down in North Carolina. A family emergency made me come to Hazleton, and I was forced to drive on my old, metal showing, tires. I packed the tires in the car, and after (somehow) making it to Hazleton without any drama, I was able to show up on a Monday morning, and they squeezed the mount, balance, and alignment in their schedule and it was ready to go that afternoon. The whole time they were very friendly and understanding of how frazzled I was due to my family situation.
