Do not arrive more than 1 hour early than appointment time! It will the the 2nd entrance on the left when you pull onto Green Mtn Rd. Do not park in the business across the street, will get cited. Didn't see any no parking signs on Green Mtn. Present your D.L. to the guard. Drop your mt trailer at back of lot, have bobtail parking across from shipping office. Decent little driver's lounge with tv, cafeteria and restroom. Plenty of room to maneuver and back into docks. Staff are helpful and respectful! Picked our loaded trailer right away. Does have a dropoff on side of lot but nothing to worry about!

Check in At security booth was smooth must have order number ready and also driver license number. Do not come with a clean truck dirt yard. Security and lady at the window very nice and professional answered all my questions. If you come in the daytime they do have a huge cafeteria and you can buy hot food and snacks was worth the price.

Comments for reefer load delivery. Check in with security at gate. You will need your paperwork and drivers license. Security will verify temp on reefer and examine seal. Don’t break seal, proceed to the office and give them the paperwork. They will let you know if/to break seal. A door will be assigned, tandems back, doors open, disconnect trailer hoses, dolly down and pull bobtail slightly forward. An employee will come outside and place a lock on the air supply. When they are done, an employee will come outside again with the documents. Stop at guard on the way out-they have to look inside trailer. My appointment was at 0700. I checked in at 0605 and they had me unloaded and gone by 0744. Really nice staff from security to dock and office. Adequate room here to set up and back up. No overnight parking. I didn’t try their cafeteria but other reviews said it was great. There’s a Loves approximately 24 miles away I 80 exit 242. There are also a couple of small truck stops near this facility. You have to get to the truck stops fairly early or it gets crazy crowded. Lots of “creative parking” at Loves.

Pull up to gate. Really nice guard. Give po number 076 077 number. Guard will check fuel, back of trailer. Turn reefer on so they hear stop. Drop trailer where told. Yard jockey will chase you down if you drop in wrong place. Go to shipping office. Fill out form. If load ready pull to guard shack and check out. I did not park on site when load wasn’t ready. Bobtailed to Fuel on.

No complaints here. Showed up at 5am appointment was 6am to 1500, got a dock right away and started unloading right away. Live unload no drop and hook here. 5 stars that's how it should be done. Great job for getting us in and out.

I've been coming here for the last 13 years, never had a problem, if you are delivering, it's first come first serve, receiving starts at 22:00,you can park overnight, the receiving guy is funny 😄.

no live load, drop and hook only. you can drop mt and park in bobtail section (room for 4-6 trucks) and get your 10. reefer must be 3/4 full at minimum. 37.10 for trailer washout at FR Logistics, by the local truck stop. My load wasn't quite ready at 3am, but about 4am, it was ready, but had some wrong info on bol, so check your bol (as you should always do anyway...we are all human). Nice folks!

Got unload earlier than expected. The guards is always nice.washout ,truckstop about 5 miles down the street .its paid or fuel to park.37.10 for washout.

Drop the trailer where the yard jockey directs you, wait in bobtail lot. Loads are almost always done before appointment time. Can finish your break there.Clean break room and rest room . Love it.

I never have picked up a load here, but I do deliver here a lot. Drop and hook, usually only here 30 min. They always let me drop the day before my appointment.

Love this place, everyone is so nice and they have a deli and it has great food! They treat trucker right!

Arrived an hour early for my 0900 appointment. I was checked in and unloaded in less than an hour. Very nicely done!

Empty within 15 minutes very fast unloading.they also have overtime parking.
