They are so very friendly and very helpful. We needed a pump for a boot for a sprained foot, they took the time and looked and found one and let us borrow it for overnight. We could not be so thankful for their kindness. Thank you so much!!!

Donald at Ascher’s is such a nice man. After coming home from hip replacement surgery, my husband was in dire need of an orthopedic recliner. Donald delivered one to our house within a couple of hours.

Diane & Donald took very good care of us. We purchased compression stockings . Diane took the time to physically help us put the stockings on in the store which was very much appreciated with extra advice on how to put them on at home. Donald also gave us advice on elevating legs at bedtime to help circulation. I highly recommend this business.

Stopped at Ascher's to fix my clients walker!!! The man who helped us was amazing!!! He fixed the brakes and handles plus put in a few screws we lost. Would definitely recomend this store to anyone who needs their services.

Not making a major purchase, but I go 1-2 times a week. I find them very helpful and if something is out of stock they order it and call me as soon as it arrives, whick is usually no more then 2-3 days. I would go no where else. Very large selection. Reasonable prices!!

Went to get my grandmother a roller and everyone in the store was nice and knowledgeable. Donald told me upfront how much everything was. They are very considerate and caring of their customers.

I have been going to this company for several years. As a health professional, I find their service wonderful. They are always very professional, have products that I cannot find anywhere else and at very reasonable prices. I have never been disappointed.

When you close your store for the Holiday Weekend, you should post it on this website not just post a note on the business door. Waste of my time driving there!

Hmmmmm made an inquirity on phone and found the person impatient and a bit condescending. Service did not come to mind.

I rented an electric wheelchair for my ailing father. Let them know that he is 6’4” tall a large framed man. They said the chair would be big enough for him. They delivered the chair. When my father attempted to use the chair he did not even come close to fitting in the chair. The chair was small for my brother who is only 5’11”. We then requested them to pickup the chair and asked for a refund for the transaction and was offered only $100 of the $300 we paid. They are a total scam and ripoff company. We contacted one of their competitors to see if they had a large enough chair for a 6’4” man and they said no right away. They offered a lot more help. I would highly recommend steering clear of Ascher Health Care and use AC Rehab instead. The man from AC Rehab is very friendly and most importantly HONEST. As the other one Star reviews that I see Donald the owner was also very rude to my mother hanging up the phone on her on several occasions. Needless to say I’ll be disputing the charges on my credit card with picture evidence of my dad not being able to fit in the chair they provided.

The WORST customer service ever! The lady with the curly hair is rude and condescending. Never will return here again.

Same experience as other 1 star reviews. Very rude old man telling me he's "been in the business for 40 years and never heard of " what I was looking for. Showed him a pic of it and he said "not sure why you would want that". Explained to him my wife is a physical therapist working for orthopedic surgeons who suggested the device to help promote healing and reduce swelling. Sorry it's not the old school products your used to, sir. Perhaps you could've humored me and simply said, "wow, never heard of that, maybe we should think about carrying it", then mock after I leave. Just retire already and hand the keys to someone interested in helping the customer.

Very rude . Waste of time going to the store. I told Donald I ordered one from Amazon ,it’s not going to be delivered on time. I need it to wash my moms in weeks.He said if you bought this for $26 get another one. at Amazon.His is not the man we discussed over the telephone it’s very cheaply made and he wants $27. For that it better come with a warranty. I’ll wait for the one I ordered on Amazon on. I have to go another week without washing her hair. Donald didn’t need to be rude. I came all the way from Langhorne to Feasterville Trevose to pick up a shampooer .I asked him for the description Or send me a text matches with the picture. He wouldn’t do it .He doesn’t care to loss his customers.I gave Ashers a second chance forget it.I went there 20 years ago same attitude money hungry and ignore it. If there was zero I give him a zero..
