I highly recommend hearing specialist
Stephanie Sawyer. I feel at home when visiting the office. Stephanie and her office staff are focused on proving the very best hearing loss care. I am very happy my insurance company set me to My Hearing Centers Lacy Washington. The best audiologist and friendliest office staff in our area.

This place is great. They are very kind and very flexible. I work in Human Resources which is a very busy job. I have had to cancel and/or miss more appointments than i care to admit because of the work i do. However they are always super understanding and flexible--something that is really really appreciated.

They are also extremely accommodating to people with disabilities. They practically bent over backwards to make sure my needs as an autistic individual were met. And they set up to easily be wheelchair and service animal accessible.

They also are very detailed in all the tests they do. I was and am still Highly impressed. They are also great with insurance to.

They only thing i wish they had is a more robust online system to schedule and manage appointments online. But considering how great they are otherwise, don't let this minor thing stop you from going in.

Stephanie was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and provided quick service. She was thorough when doing my hearing testing and took time to explain things in a way I would understand. I’m really appreciative and glad I chose to go to her.

Every experience is a wonderful experience. Employees make you feel important. Always greeted with a smile, always happy and happy to help you. I’ve never have appointments. I usually just stop and get help. You never have to wait.

Tru hearing in Lacey, Wa gets 5 stars because of the great staff. On the phone or in person, the front desk have never been rushed and are always friendly. Stephanie the hearing specialist puts you at ease and talks to you about everything you need to know about the hearing app and taking care of your hearing aids. There is a follow up appointment to make sure you are comfortable with your hearing aids. I also appreciated Stephanie’s daughters art work in the test room. 😁

Great experience! Stephanie and her staff were really kind and professional. First time getting hearing aids, which has made a huge difference.

I was treated very well. I learned how to use my new hearing aids. And I’m confident, if I need help in the future Stephanie will be there for me.

Somehow the appt got screwed up (by a 3rd party possibly??) but they got me in, fixed one of my units, scheduled an appt a month out at my request and I'm on my way. Appreciate the services!

Stephanie and staff are awesome! If I have any issues they are always available for me. A caring business with great service.

I m very very happy with the service ! They were the best , friendly, nice . I didn’t have to wait right in right out. When my hearing aids came in she explain everything so clear and I understood everything she said ! That means a lot!! This is the place to go!!

I'm not one to give 5 stars often, but My Hearing Center deserves all 5 stars. Especially Stephanie and Casey, both ladies are friendly, and very professional. I get great care everytime I go to the Lacey, WA store!

My wife & I had a positive experience. We have visited other My Hearing Centers & always left there feeling hopeless around our hearing issues. My wife didn't have any plans around dealing with her hearing issues, but we both left Olympia's My Hearing Center being able to hear better than we have in many years. I'm not good with names but I believe Lindsey was great. She ensured we were both comfortable & each time, she made sure we didn't leave without all our questions answered. I definitely recommend the Olympia My Hearing Center!
