I called Longo's Plumbing to relocate and install a new hot water heater. Cameron arrived as scheduled, was professional and did an excellent job start to finish. He also went above and beyond on a couple of things to make sure the job was done right. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone else needing plumbing/remodel work.

It’s hard finding someone to hire to do work around the house who you can trust. As a woman, I fear that a stranger will try to take advantage and will try to trick me into installing $1k widgets which are actually $10 thingamabobs.

With Cameron, that was not at all the case. He told me flat out what he would need to do the job, what they cost, and what he’d charge. I am by no means a plumbing expert so after doing research on my own and checking 3 other people’s opinions, I hired Cameron. A decision I am very happy I made.

It’s been a few months and I haven’t had a leak, pipe burst, or anything like that. My dishwasher and fridge run their water just like they’re supposed to now and my hose spicket is 5000 times stronger than it was before.

He does business honestly, with integrity, worked around my budget and schedule, and overall left a very satisfied customer who’d gladly hire him again.

An upstairs 120 year old bathroom was on hold for a remodel from copper pipes and drains that had been stolen before we moved into the Victorian home. Within one day the Longo Plumbing owner had made all the pipe improvements, connected our water with new Pex hoses and fixtures. We are up to standard and I'm very happy with the professionalism and knowledge that put my bathroom back into this decade. A real bonus is that our plumber had everything he needed right in his van. This company is now on our speed dial.

Cameron was awesome! He was very professional, courteous, and speedy. He fixed our problem that we were having with our toilet in literally no time at all. Longo's plumbing was very responsive. I had an emergent issue and it was handled very quickly. Very professional. Walked me through what needed to be done and all the details so I understood them. They also explained why the issue had happened and what I needed to do to ensure it didn't happen again. Work was completed in the time frame discussed and they left no trace of being in my house. 100% will hire for future work.

Cameron was a huge help for several plumbing issues and quick to respond. His work is quality and went beyond our expectations to get the job done right. We will definitely contact him in the future for our plumbing needs.

He turned my failing, hazardous back deck into a safe beautiful place I can actually use again. About 2 years ago my deck started to lose all its structure. Boards splitting and falling apart. I couldn’t have anyone back there cause I was afraid on someone getting hurt. It took me a while to find someone I could trust and who worked with me. Midnight plumbing emergency on a holiday weekend. Longo's showed up when they said they would, restored our water immediately and gave us a fair estimate for the non-urgent pieces of the repair. John, the plumber, was professional, Covid-cautious, and very knowledgeable. Grateful to have found them!

On time and great work. I had a leak in an outside faucet and not only did they repair it and answer all my questions (I had a lot) but also followed up to make sure I was happy with the service and if I had any more questions. Laid out all repair options and was on time. Great value and quality work.

Install residential sewage pump system and connect to city sewer. Longo's did the complete job: system design, product research, trench work, pipe and plumbing. All done professionally with the city inspector's approval. Great communication, always polite and efficient.

I had a leaking yard hydrant. CJ showed up right on time and did a great job. I really appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions and also followed up several days later. Great service for a great price, highly recommend!
