I was accused and facing charges because the police officer made false statements in the Affidavit of Probable Cause. I was very upset as I'm a professional person who had never been charged before, so I was not the easiest client to deal with in that state. Joe was very patient and actually had a calming effect on me. He knows how to ground you in the facts. Pursuant to Joe's motion, the trumped up false charges were dismissed in the preliminary hearing on Constitutional grounds. Joe had advised me that typically only about 10% of cases get dropped at this stage in the legal process. I got the outcome I wanted. Joe made the system work for me. Plus, he's just a pleasant person to deal with. I highly recommend him for your criminal defense.
