I liked the personal interaction from start to finish while the preparer was working on my return. I was able to get an appointment the same although it was close to the deadline for filing. Granted, I did have all my necessary documents when I arrive.

Always a good experience when I need to have my taxes done. The app made it quicker this year as I was able to upload all my documents early and all i had to do was review and e-sign everything.
