Cadence Academy Preschool

My daughter started attending Cadence Academy when she was a little over 4 months old. I was so nervous to go back to work and have her in the care of someone else but the amazing staff at Cadence has proven themselves to be one of the biggest blessings to our family. Morgan and Alecktre have partnered with us at, what we affectionately call “baby school”, as we establish routines and hit milestones in the infant room (12 months and younger). They have continually shown such patience and love for our girl while she’s in their care and they always go the extra mile to ensure that she gets everything she needs while mom and dad are at work. They are also very attentive to our needs as we navigate busy schedules. We are so thankful we found Cadence and joined their “family”. We highly recommend this location and send our gratitude to their wonderful staff.

I cannot say enough positive things about cadence academy! My daughter has been coming here for about a year and for a first time working mom, this center has been the best! My daughter loves seeing Hannah and Marie! The entire staff is supportive and kind and the best place I could have chosen to care for my daughter.

Our son started at Cadence when he was about 7 months old and as a new parent I was very nervous to leave him in the care of someone else. But it didn't take long to see that my son loved going to daycare and every morning when we reached the parking lot he would get so excited to be at daycare! My son is now 3 and all of the teachers he's had at cadence have been wonderful and he always looks forward to seeing his friends! It also seems that every day his vocabulary is expanding and he's learned something new! Our daughter, who is almost one, started at Cadence when she was four months old and absolutely loves it! She gets excited every morning when I drop her off and I am always impressed by how much she has already learned! Because of our son's positive experience and how much he has enjoyed Cadence we weren't even worried about our daughter starting daycare. All of the staff at cadence are welcoming, loving, and attentative! I am so thankful that we have found such a warm, loving, and engaging place for our kids to learn and grow! And I'm thankful to Cadence and their staff for their continued commitment to providing quality care for our kids despite all the unforseen challenges of the pandemic. I cannot recommend them enough!

My son started in the owl room in March at 7 months old and is loving it. I am in school full time and I love seeing updates through the day of his activities, what he has had to eat, and if he has had his nap or not. Lynn and Danielle are amazing and take great care of my sweet baby boy. Seeing pictures every day brings me such joy since I can't be with him all day. Thank you for all that you do!

Finding a daycare for my daughter was something I was dreading last year; I went to many different ones and just never got a good feeling about it. The moment I found this Cadence Academy, I felt instantly at ease. The Director made us feel welcome, answered all of my crazy questions (first time mom here) and I just knew my daughter would love it here. Fast forward a little over a year and I have a thriving, happy little girl who looks forward to going to daycare, loves all of the staff and gets so excited to see them, and has a great day, EVERY day! All of the staff are so friendly, and truly care about each and every child - they always go above and beyond! This is more than just a daycare or school, they make you feel like family. I truly couldn’t ask for better caretakers for my daughter and and I’m more than thankful for that! Thank you!!

We love Cadence Academy! We started our 1 year old twins here and they have thrived! We have noticed a significant increase in their speech and abilities to communicate. They have also become more interactive and engage in more play with each other and others. Since day 1 the teachers and staff have always known us and them by name and they have made us feel part of their family. My typically shy girls run to their teachers at the start of the day which gives us great peace of mind!

My daughter has been attending Cadence Academy since she was 3 months old. She just turned 2 a few weeks ago and I am so happy with the love and family she has gained while being there. She loves going to school and talks about her teachers, friends, and what she learned that day. I can’t imagine having her be anywhere else and I feel very supported as a parent. I highly recommend Cadence Academy!

We have two kids at Cadence and are so pleased with the daycare and preschool. Teachers are excellent-Deb and Brenda are organized and efficient directors. Our kids are well cared for here.

Today is my sons last week. He has been with Cadence Academy for almost two years.
In those two years he has spent the majority of his time with Ms. Rachel and Ms. Marie. Every single morning, I wish I was joking, he will ask: "I wake up, I go see Ms. Rachel and Ms. Marie, okay?"
Often times Ms. Rachel was the only person who could take care of my son because he is so attached to them.
We are moving to Georgia and I have anxiety that he will not find anyone like those two to care for him and his needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Cadence Academy. Even during this pandemic they have strived to be available for us essential working parents and be safe. Their communication is excellent and the care is even better. We will miss you all so very much!

We love this Cadence Academy. Our son started with the fabulous Ms. Jocelyn in infants. He is now in the 1 yr old room. Ms. Britani and Ms. Lynn are so amazing. They are a great team and my son adores them. Brenda and Lisa are the best directors I have ever met, including daycares I used to worked at. They create such a positive, calm and caring environment for staff and kids. My son is well loved, cared for and thriving. He loves seeing everyone everyday. I have never seen a better staff that works so well together for the kids.

My son started at Cadence as a preschooler and has continued in after school care. He loves going and the friends he has made there. His teachers have been kind, encouraging, and understanding. We love Cadence!

Cadence Academy is a wonderful school that does a great job teaching and welcoming students. My kids are always so excited to show me something new that they learned. I get updates throughout the day and feel confident the kids are having an enriching experience.

Our son has been going to Cadence Academy for about 6 months and all I can say is AMAZING !!! The staff is so great and even when things were changing daily because of CV-19 they were wonderful in keeping us informed of what might happen next.
Every morning when we walk though the door we are greeted with a smile and I know our son is loved and cared for each and every day.

I love having my children attend Cadence Academy! They take great care of them, and they’re always happy when I pick them up. Things are very clean and they have excellent meals. The staff is friendly and helpful and they work hard to keep things safe!

We've been here 2 1/2 years and I can't really imagine going anywhere else (without spending an exorbitant amount of money). Running and working at a child care center is a HARD JOB!!! There will always be ups and downs.
Angela is always open to feedback, and will bend over backwards to address concerns. Everyone here has worked very hard to keep up with our unique demands (cloth diapers, vegetarian diet, etc...). I appreciate that so much. We also visited nearly every day for the first 6 months and they were open to that too.
My toddler loves the staff here, she tells me so ALL the time! They do a ton of activities, songs, games and reading. She comes home in a great mood almost every day. She's made some good friends here. Miss Erika is wonderful and patient with the kids, even the naughty ones. She seems to have a great handle on a classroom of little ones, and that's impressive to say the least!
Yes, germs go around, but no more than any other school or daycare. Probably even less.

So far my family & I are still fairly new to our experience with Mini Skool. However, they have been more than welcoming, professional, and pleasant. When I came for a tour, the director, Angela, and several of the teachers were highly sociable and my daughter, Harmony, clearly felt at home. Since then, it has not changed; Harmony is always excited to see a teacher or staff member and the feelings seem mutual. Initially, I had anxiety about male staff members, being a single father of a daughter. Now, from observation and interaction I am convinced every staff member there is suitable to care for my daughter. A lot of things at this center speak volumes to the individuals involved. They have always been as understanding as possible, even when my punctuality is sub-par, or Harmony is being especially ornery. Harmony herself only has one complaint: "NAP TIME!" haha. In all seriousness, I am thoroughly impressed with Mini Skool's curriculum, conduct, and security protocol, among the several other pleasantries associated with parent-teacher interactions. Thank You.

We love Cadence Academy Yelm. Our daughter’s teacher, Ms. Cindy is wonderful. She is friendly and easy to communicate with regarding our daughter’s day and behavior.

I am very pleased with the quality of care my daughter gets here. The staff is very accommodating to our dietary needs for our daughter. I love the new kid reports app to keep track of daily activities. I'm a pretty tough person to please and I can't imagine taking my daughter anywhere else.

I would like to comment on the reviews provided for this school. This school is wonderful and so are their staff. The management team, teachers care and show it each and every day. I know sometimes people who work for schools leave and are disgruntled but it should not be a reflection of the whole picture. Take time to meet the team, you won't be disappointed!

My daughter loves this school and all her teachers. The education is worth the money. All the teachers and staff are nice and professional!
