There is always someone that is rude and disrespectful at the housing location. Just because we're on assistance or even if we're not, housing is the only affordable housing in walla walla. I think they need to get rid of the head person.

Went well

I lived there for a year. During that year my rent was raised 3 times. First I underpaid then I over paid. Today I got a letter saying I owe 1.62 for a day of utilities while I didn’t even live there. I had given proper notice, left apartment clean and got my deposit back. This office don’t know wth they are doing!

Would rate 0 stars of possible. Over a month and a half ago one of their apartment complexes next door to my house had a leak that flooded our basement and ruined my laptop. Since then I’ve called over 15 times and gone too voicemail for all times except 3 and they wouldn’t call back even though I very clearly left messages with my phone number and only called back if I mentioned that I would contact a lawyer. I still have gotten nowhere with them even though it’s been since June 28(now August 10)

Made a complaint about a lady when I was at a friend's house who was obviously methed out and was threatening and yelling and trying to start fights even sending her young son out to fight my friends young son the lady was even driving erratically stomping on her breaks and speeding by starting problems, I made a complaint and the lady who claimed to be the manager said there is nothing she can do because I my self am not on housing...
