Arby's

Arby's is a fast food restaurant. The food was hot and delicious and the employees were friendly and polite and helpful and respectful and served us fast and we were not in drive through that long. The food is delicious and easy to chew and eat.It was a little expensive. The place was cleaned. The guy in the drive through window was polite and fast on his feet which we loved.

We went through the drive through at Arby’s and discovered that when we reached the window to pay my husband had left his wallet at home. Much to our surprise the manager told us to take the food anyway and pay when we could!! What a great act of kindness and trust! And yes we returned the same night and paid for our food.

They made a slight mess up on our meal in the drive thru. They were super apologetic and offered to fix it for us right on the spot after we realized it. Didn't get the guys name (might have been the manager? Supervisor?) But he was so awesome and got it fixed quick!

I'm not one for eating fastfood but this time I was out voted on where to have lunch. This Arby's was very clean inside and out which I hate to say hasn't been common for the ones in Spokane. Despite the large group of high school students ahead of me I was able to quickly order. Our food arrived in a timely manner and with no mistakes. The staff was efficient and friend to everyone even the obnoxious students. All and all great job!

They gave my mother (whose a senior) a discount, were super nice, patient and the sandwich was incredible tasting! They offer a wide variety of choices that no other fast food chain has and the taste is like wrapping your tongue in a blanket of pure bliss!

I've been a customer at this Arby's for over 10 years & it just keeps getting better & better! My partner was hired several years ago as a cashier & he loves working there! The staff is very friendly yet still professional. They rarely make mistakes with orders or prices & will gladly fix it ASAP. Lots of ppl are long-term repeat customers since it's up there in the top most popular restaurants in town! Menu is updated frequently with new items, promotions, holiday specials, etc. One of my favorite items is the orange cream shake. My only "complaint" is when the shake machine occasionally stops working, but they always fix it by the next day =)

The fish was surprisingly tasty. I'm old school so having an Arby's beef and cheese is a treat. Also, the restaurant was very clean.

I don’t feel like anyone should write too much about a fast food joint. They sell me what I asked for each time. I eat it and it tastes just like every Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The staff seemed nice. But what else can I say.

Went on the web and found Arby's was bringing back roast beef sandwiches 5 for $10. The manager didn't know about the special but honored it once she saw it.

I hadn't been here in a long time and was hella Craven their roast beef sandwich with sauce. I got a serious hook up the person that took my order he was awesome. The girl at the window was even nicer the customer service was phenomenal compared to well all the drive-thrus in Walla Walla. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Food here is expensive for fast food, but its quality and taste is generally a tier above most other fast food. Our favorites are the Jamocha Shakes, Greek Gyros, Market Fresh Turkey Sandwiches, and Regular Roast Beef Sandwiches.

I got a wrap cause I was trying not to get a burger. It was actually pretty good, maybe a bit light, I would have wanted a little more meat.

I love the roast beef sandwiches. The service is great. The service is fast. Your not waiting for 30 minutes for your good. The restaurant is clean. All around great fast food experience.

Polite employees and they were fast getting the food out to use.The food is good and needs more sauce on the food. Plenty of parking outside the building. Needs more food selections.

Excellent food. Great service. Actually can understand person on speaker. Only thing is there was only a little dab of cheese. Which made me disappointed.

How is it possible that a fast food place can have such great customer service everytime we come?! Food is good, expected standard with great customer service which makes it more edible than any other Arby’s

It was at closing time and we had the place to ourselves. The staff were very nice and friendly.
We had the new Gyros and boy we're they good!
Will go there again.

There isn't an Arby's local for me so I have to travel out of town to enjoy it. I would be broke and fat if they had a closer restaurant to me. Love them!

great crispy fish sandwich, curly fries, and a jamocha shake. Super good!! Did drive up, but inside looked clean an service was good.

Very good food service is just a little slow not bad tho.
