When they say handcrafted, I believe them because the food here tastes amazing! The kind you dream about afterwards and wanna come back for more. Get an omelette!!

It’s just as good as their other location Oak Table Cafe (in Sequim, WA) if not maybe even better — the Mexican Omelette is definitely better here! 😋😋😋. And I prefer the pan-fried potatoes here over the potato pancakes at Oak Table.
I love their French style omelette and their buttermilk pancakes with whipped butter! 😍 I hope they never change!

The hot apple cider is so perfect 👍

Best omelette I’ve ever had, period.
On Sunday morning there is understandably a wait for breakfast, but trust me it is worth it. After about 30 minute wait, our table of 4 was seated outside and was served quickly and efficiently. The menu is huge!
I had the mushroom omelette and it was just amazing; cooked perfectly and packed with flavors and delicate textures.
Only flaw was one of the sides of gravy was burnt. But really we just looked past that because everything else was so good. We also had the potato side which was fried crispy and so good!
Both the buckwheat and buttermilk pancakes were excellent.
I wish I didn’t live 4 hours away or this would be my go-to breakfast joint.

A good friend recommended it, and we absolutely loved it. The service was great. Everything came out fast and hot. The food tasted amazing and the portions were huge. Definitely worth the drive to Walla Walla from the Tricities.

Beautiful small town Breakfast restaurant. I ordered Corn beef hash, my husband ordered Bake chorizo omelette. They are so good and delicious. Soft, juicy and yummy. Highly recommended this place. And my table server lady is so sweet and kind. All employees are working so hard and nice. Restroom is clean and nice interior. I really like unique, transitional, homemade breakfast restaurant.

Great place for a good breakfast! The Irish Bennie was awesome. 3 nice big slices of corned beef made this a winner!. My son had the French Toast breakfast which he inhaled so I assume it was delish as well. Definitely worth a return visit.

Our favorite "go to" breakfast restaurant. Staff is always nice. The coffee is amazing. The portions are ridiculously HUGE. We always have take home boxes - even when 2 of us share ONE portion. Seriously...HUGE. Love the omelettes and potatoes. Atmosphere is adorable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely best experience all around. Somehow, even with how busy they are, we got very quick and friendly service. The food was absolutely the most amazing food I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend and absolutely worth every moment of waiting!

Wow, is all I can say about this place. Here on a trip, it was my first time in Walla Walla and I found this place from a review online. This place is a gem, and I would almost drive the 5 hours from home just to come eat here.

I tried the apple pancake, which is not something I would normally get simply because I am not huge into pancakes. However I also like to try new places specialty dishes, so I can taste their best, so to speak.

First of all, this thing is huge. I would say 10 to 12 inches around and 2 to 3 inches thick, and it's packed with piping hot flavor. If you aren't into a really sweet breakfast though, you may want to steer away from this. It is very sweet. The flavor is great though and it is very fluffy and tasty. It comes with a very tasty syrup as well, which I did not use as the dish had plenty of sweetness of it's own.

The side of bacon I got was great as well, thick cut and tasty. My only regret is that I forgot to ask for it extra crispy.

If I am back in this area, I will definitely be back.

Excellent food, quaint atmosphere, great service! My wife and I were very impressed by the food quality and selection. Strongly recommended for family breakfast. I recommend everyone order something different plus an extra plate, then share a bit of each meal amongst everyone seated. Wow! German pancake, apple pancake, omlets... all amazing! As self-proclaimed pancake aficionados, we think even their bare bones buttermilk pancakes are the best we've had. Try it. You won't be disappointed!

We have been to all of the known resturaunts associated with this family and have to say this was the best one yet. That's not an easy feat to pull off because the others are amazing too. Great attention to detail in all 3 categories. Our waitress was awesome. We will be returning!

What an absolutely incredible brunch we had!! The food was absolutely delicious. Our server was so sweet and so helpful. The whole place is just adorable. Outdoor seating is beautiful and the indoor seating is lovely, with big windows all along the side. Definitely we'll go again next time we visit Walla Walla!

Maple Counter Cafe is a stop on the 2023 PNW Grand Tour (GT16). I usually don't eat out but many riders said the food was great, little spendy but great. My selection was the Frontier Platter about $19.00. It was filling but I really liked the hot sauce from Spokane, WA. Good atmosphere, my server was friendly, the Hostess was as well though not as much. If your in Walla Walla and want a good breakfast this place is worth the effort. I was here on a Tuesday about 9:30 and it was about 1/3 capacity. I rode fro Idaho 198 miles to try this place and score the site for the ride.

It was nice to dine outside in the shade. The BLT was delicious as well as the turkey sandwich. The bread on both was very tasty and the sandwiches had great flavor. We will go back again to try breakfast next time.

Ranking the food we got:

1) BEST corned beef hash!!! So much flavor. Every bite tasted phenomenal
2) Really good biscuits and gravy. Biscuit was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Gravy tasted homemade and delicious. Perfect amount of sausage chunks.
3) Apple pancake was great! Better than apple pie and better than any other restaurant I've had this at. Large portion.
4) German pancake tasted just as you'd expect. Large portion.
5) Blueberry cobbler french toast. Found the raw oats to be an odd addition that took away from the dish.
6) French toast. Just standard. Nothing stands out.

White Mocha Lavender drink had mixed reviews at the table. The two comments that stood out were pretty presentation and odd flavor combo.

Food took an hour to come out. When I asked the waitress for an ETA she explained there were a lot of to go orders and came back with our food shortly after. Was surprised to hear that door dash orders where being prioritized. I checked us in online and glad I did since people were being quoted an hour wait. This was on a Sunday and graduation weekend so I suspect this isn't the normal. Excited to come back for the corned beef hash another time!

Great breakfast. Our server took good care of us. Good coffee and real cream! Large portions - could not finish the grilled breakfast potatoes. Everything is done right - they take no shortcuts. The toast was toasted perfect and had real butter - the jam did not come out or a peel-to-open plastic container.
