I have always shopped for my furniture and appliance needs at Grand Central. As soon as you enter the store, you are greeted and treated like a truly valued customer. Their prices are nearly always better than their competitors, and if they do not have an item in stock, they will arrange to order it for you in a timely manner. Justin and his crew are friendly and helpful, and there’s no other retailer I would choose for my furniture and other needs.

Always great service. The team knows all of the product lines well. They strive to find the best deals and they reward their loyal customers. If delivery on something is required, they are accurate and considerate of your time and your home. You will never find the overall quality that Grand Central provides in any "big box" store.

Justin was extremely knowledgeable on the products, very thorough in explaining every aspect of each one. He was very professional and friendly at the same time , and was engaged the entire time concerning my needs and wants for each product. All in store staff are friendly and knowledgeable and professional, and try their best to address your needs. The delivery guys were prompt and actually early. They to were professional in their approach and friendly …. Making sure to address my concerns and needs …. Would highly recommend Grand Central to anyone…. The products that they offer are high quality and reasonably priced for local family business trying to compete with big box stores and discount stores…. The knowledge and attention to your needs and wants also definitely set them apart.

My company owns 9 rental houses in the Poconos and buys all its appliances and furniture from Grand Central, and
has done so for years. Quality, service and price are all the reasons. Also very professional and helpful if we have
any questions about repairs and what to buy. Warranty service is top notch. I cannot recommend them enough.

Always friendly staff! Bought all of our appliances at Grand Central. Very happy with each purchase, still own the stove, refrigerator, TV, washer, & dryer. Last purchase was a recliner. Great store for customer attention, quality purchases, & prices.

Sam (designer), and Mark (contractor extraordinaire) can not be topped.
Don’t take my word for it- see for yourselves.
Sam will work feverishly to answer your every question, and always with a smile.
In my humble opinion, you’ll never find a contractor who will go to such lengths to do the job correctly. He will absolutely treat your project as his own.

great experience... bought my cabinets through GC and dealt with Samantha ... she was patient with all of my questions hesitations and indecisiveness and helped me even with choices of hardware etc. they also partnered with Broad Mountain stone to have my quartz countertop purchased and installed as well as my apron sink.

love the cabinets and counters/sink so far..they're very new still.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Samantha the designer made the entire process easy. She was very responsive to my million questions. Mark did and amazing job from the initial measurements to the installation of the faucet and garbage disposal. Broad mountain stone did an awesome job with the quarts countertops. Everyone involved in this process were very professional and extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend them for another project in my home.

Grand Central's entire team was a delight to work with! From the design then construction to finish product was a breeze! There aren't many true craftsmen out there left, but Mark and his team still hold the candle!

Purchased a cooktop and hood to be installed in my mother in laws house. Order came in fast and installation was a breeze. Tony was the installer and it went so smoothly. Justin helped me pick out the cooktop and hood. The delivery guys were prompt too.

When my husband and I went into Grand Central to get an idea for appliances for our kitchen and bathroom remodel we were pleasantly surprised to be introduced to Samantha Koester Design Consultant...who has a warm glow and sincerity about her in addition to a wealth of knowledge and experience in her profession.
That very afternoon and hours of her help and guidance we were confident in our decision we chose the best place.
The best was yet to come.
Mark Bellizia was the contractor who is man who transformed our 42 year old kitchen and bathroom into our dream became reality plus!!
Truly Mark is a good man in his work ethic, reliability, craftsmanship, and integrity.
In addition to all of this was sharing humorous stories with us added laughter to our day.
As each day passed he went above and beyond insuring our every need was met. In addition to Samantha only a phone call away at the store when we needed her assistance.
The only sad, but happy day was when the work was completed.

9 yrs ago we moved into our home, the dryer broken beyond repair. Called Grand Central, sold me a dryer right over the phone and delivered the next day! Bought a dishwasher last year, and a freezer this week. VERY knowledgeable staff, courteous and friendly as always. Delivery today just as exceptional, such friendly and helpful young men, not only did they unpack and set up the shelves, they even leveled the freezer too !
