Sam's Club

I really enjoy shopping at this Sam’s Club. We’ve only been there on the weekend when it is always very, very busy. This is probably among the larger store models for that brand of club, so the selection is better than some of the smaller Sam’s Clubs. My only complaint would be the parking lot has minimal dimensions which makes parking an F-150 or other larger vehicle a little uncomfortable sometimes. The fuel station associated with this unit also has inadequate capacity for the volume of business it gets. I suppose they had to make space-consideration sacrifices to put this club in that location.

I suggest people use Scan and Go on the Sam's Club app. It makes checkout so much quicker. You don't have to wait in line, and unload all your items to be scanned at checkout. Just scan your items as you go and when you're done, pay with your credit or debit card. They scan a few random items as you're leaving, but then you're out the door. It saves so much time. Especially, if you're getting a large order. The Scan and Go works great, and saves time in the end.

I have moved all of my Rx's to my State College Pharmacy, and I couldn't be happier! The pharmacist called me personally to let me know of discrepancy/issue I was going to run into so I could get ahead of it and most recently I had an issue with a product, and she guided me through the process of how I could contact the manufacturer who also took great care of me. I give this team 10 stars!!! Thank you!!!

The staff are so nice and the deals on certain items are worth the trip to Sam's.

I also LOVE the snack bar. They satisfy my inner child! I'm in my 20's and have no shame being the only adult with a cherry slushie. I look forward to that and a pretzel every trip! The prices are unbelievably low too!

Nice store and stock up on most items, most prices aren't that bad. They handle almost anything you need. If you are a member usually there fuel is cheaper than most places but I got gas there this week and the prices were the same as lykens in at Beech Creek Pa. Which that was on 5/25/22.

I love going to Sam's Club even though I don't go often. It's too bad they've downsized on cashiers. I find them to be so helpful. Now it's just like other stores- scan it yourself. This one is well stocked and very clean. The receipt checkers are friendly and efficient.

Friendly associates that are very helpful. AT&T kiosk people are annoying and pushy so you have to pretend that they aren't there. Don't plan on getting gas here. Even before inflation the lines at the pumps were crazy long. Overall, I definitely love frequently visiting the club with very little setbacks.

Been shopping here for years. Members get some of the best prices on gas around, which makes membership worth it. One of the smaller stores in the area, but still keeps enough diversity and value/savings items that keeps you coming back.

The store was really clean , except the ladies bathroom it could have used some cleaning . Other than that ,we got some really good buys. We will go back !!.

Great selection of quality products. The reason we have big corporate food chains. Sundays they offer free tasting on some of the new products. Food court is not too bad either. It might be packed.

I love this place. The manager gave us the clearance price that was posted misleadingly. I got two sets of pajamas for $4.81 each as the sign said above. The actual price for each was $16.98. I was thrilled that he agreed that the sign was not easy to understand and that items that were not on clearance really shouldn't be put on the clearance table, at least not on the same sign. I am one happy customer. 😊

My go to for most basic needs like toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, vitamins, coffee, soups, canned vegetables etc. Love the ease of scan n go when I do venture into the club. I usually place online orders and pick it up in the parking lot. That has been a great help.

$.89 for a slushy or soft drink. $1 soft pretzels. 16-inch pizza for less than $9. Lots of great deals on all the things you would find at Walmart. Totally worth the annual membership. Gas was only $2.93 when most other locations were posting as $3.25 in July 2021. You can do scan and go on phone or you can do self checkout and even go to a line with a cashier. Collection area for unwanted boxes. Don't forget to take in your own bags to pack groceries to make it easier to put in vehicle when you go! Carts cleaned at doorway. Totally recommend going here!!!

The self-service fuel station is always busy and the lines move relatively fast. Today's price was $2.35 for unleaded.
The design and layout have a lot to be desired. It was not designed to be very efficient.
It is all one-way only traffic, if your gas port is on the left side of your vehicle you will wait longer in line.

I can not say enough how wonderful Sandy and her team are at the pharmacy! They absolutely make my day! So kind, helpful, and compassionate! They know their customers, and treat everyone with such respect. I've been going there for years and would never consider going anywhere else! Thank you ladies for sharing your joy with us!!!

As far as big box Club stores go, this is one of the better ones I have been to in the greater Pennsylvania area. Maybe it's because of the affluent community that it supports, which allows it to sell not only staples but some higher-end products as well, or maybe it's because the high membership creates a lot of turnover in products. I mostly buy produce and baked goods here, and everything is very very fresh. I've only gotten small form hard line goods, coffee carafes and paperware, but they too are good quality. A nice store if buying in bulk suits you.

I was in a hurry to get just a few items. I grabbed those two things and went to the self checkout. I like that I am able to scan the items I want to purchase, after I scan my membership card. And I like that customers must be trusted to scan everything that they are purchasing. When it comes to paying for my purchase it is of course easy to pay with bank card, but, I wish that I would also have the choice to pay by cash. Grocery stores have that option with self checkout stations. My only other concern is that Sam's Club is not competitive in their pricing. The price for an item is the price, no matter what any other retailer might be charging for an identical item.

I just want to thank this store so much. I ended up passing out and getting sent by ambulance to the hospital and the workers and managers went above and beyond and helped me out. They put me first and that means a lot to me. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. I love this store 😍

I really love this store. They have great prices on there products and they are always getting in new items. I can always find something new whenever I'm there, and that is usually twice a month. Sometimes more if its summer time.
