Edible Arrangements

It’s expensive, but freaking tasty! I loved the chocolate covered strawberries, can’t have enough of those! All the fruited were fresh hand picked! I understand the price, but for a party, the product worth the price! Good service.

10/10 recommend this place. I mistakenly had an item delivered without thinking that my friend wouldn’t be home for a few hours. The employee went back to pick up the arrangement, then the owner re-delivered the item for me. Will use this place again for sure.

Wonderful staff and excellent customer service! My mom had some trouble online with her birthday gift, so we went in and they were tremendously helpful. The next day when I picked up the order, they apologized for running a little behind that day and gave me a chocolate covered strawberry while I waited. I didn’t mind waiting a while anyways, but it was such an unexpected and kind gesture!

I had purchased a edible arrangement for Valentine's day, upon receiving had a very small issue with the arrangement. I called the very next day and spoke with the manager, who was VERY nice and accommodating he took care of my issue without a second thought. Understandably issues happen on probably the most busiest day a year for them . I would not have any issue buying with confidence from the state college store and dealing with their very kind staff again. I gave them 5 stars even with the issue because you just dont find customer service like that anymore.

My son and I were hoping for some cookies, but there wasn't much pre-made. The lady at the counter was apologetic as she explained that was due to covid restrictions, so most people call their order in ahead of time. Totally understandable. So my son and I got a smoothie instead - it was, by far, one of the best smoothies I've ever had.

My friend ordered from E.A. for my birthday. The product that arrived had fruit that was either dried out or overripe. I went in to the store to speak with them and they immediately credited my friends account.

I asked them to stop by and pick up the gift so that they could see for themselves and figure out what happened. When they offered, I asked them NOT to bring me another arrangement, only some fruit so that I would know what their usual standard is.

They sent me a beautiful arrangement. All the fruit was excellent. That is a pretty stand-up group when they go those extra steps for the customer.

I have ordered and received several times from these guys, for work and personally.
They do a wonderful job with the arrangements (feedback I get from the receivers) and fast delivery!! I am very impressed :) This is a great alternative to flowers.

Outstanding customer service. Rachel answered my call with a pleasant tone, and took her time in answering my questions in a relatable, down to earth manner. I tried to order a "thank you" arrangement with a bouquet on ediblearrangments.com however, the arrangement wasn't available for delivery. I called the Edible Arrangements in State College. Rachel noted that for an additional fee of $10, my order could be delivered. After going back and forth on ediblearrangments.com and seeing limited arrangements available for delivery in my desired zip code, I was elated when Rachel offered the option. Thank you :)

I am a student from Penn State and I was very satisfied with the quick service and helpfulness of the staff. The establishment was also extremely clean and organized with awesome chocolate strawberries. I will definilty return!
