Food was really good. Service was fantastic. The person taking our order was great. Gave us some recommendations on what was best. Took their advice and had some amazing food. Cleanliness could have been a lot better.

Absolutely the best drive thru experience I've ever had. The GM was so friendly and the food was awesome. Keep up the good work.

There was no bail to Ring to let them know the food was delicious. I asked and they said we just hadn't put it up yet

I order half pound roast beef it was delicious. cashier lady was very nice to us. The bathroom and the lobby was cleaned.

The dining area was clean. The service could have been better but I get that sometimes orders in the drive-thru get busy, however, it shouldn't take away service from the front counter. I ordered a French dip meal and did not get the dip. So I waited for about 4 or 5 at the counter and while I was standing there you could tell the staff was busy, a young man working in the back dropped a stack of trays or something, and after the items hit the floor I heard him drop a loud F-bomb as he was looking at the stuff on the floor. Glad my daughter stayed at the table. Other than the wait and language it was nice to see the dining room open again.

Stopped in for a quick bite on our long drive. Fastest service we have ever had. Also,great customer service. They complimented thier customers and the bathrooms were clean!! You literally don't get a all in one like we dis this visit!! Thank you for making our dine in a great environment. 👍

I wish it was a little closer but it's still worth visiting. In a dozen visits they only messed up once and it was small. It was easily forgiven and I have been back several times since. This visit was especially notable because the employee was nice, quick, and I had asked if she had some sanitizer handy. It wasn't a test, I really needed some after getting gas and before I ate. She did, gave me a dash and finished handing me the order. Correct and delicious, by the way. I will be back, with or without coupons.
EDIT: Just got another order and everything was still great. There is currently an offer online that makes it even more affordable than others, a $1,$2,$3 special. Well worth it to max out the 5 limit and save leftovers.

The customer service here is FANTASTIC! A lost art form! Last seen in the late 1980's. We were acknowledged the second we came through the door. (elsewhere, we're rarely greeted within 5 minutes these days). We felt welcomed (not made to feel like we were interrupting). We dined in (how could we not?). It's not the most comfortable of seating choices in the dining room, but it's clean and warm. Food was great, too. Especially the curly fries. Yum!

We went through the drive-up window. Our food was delicious, it was hot, and had everything on our food that we wanted.

Food was fine, it's Arby's, for when you want something different. We had the regular beef and cheddar sandwiches, which are always good. What made this location exceptional was the very friendly staff, who were all awesome! And very speedy service too!

Fish sandwiches. I have too update my review since my last visit. So glad they brought the fish sandwich back. I ordered one today along with my husband's greek gryo both were fresh and hot, they were perfect. Thank you for great food and great service.

Got the 4 for 10 and it was out before we could get out soft drinks awesome service got employee at the counter

My favorite place to eat for quick food!!! The employees are always respectful and professional. And they all seem like they actually have souls still!!! Yay for employees that don't seem dead inside and keep the darkness of the world out by creating positivity and really tasty food!!

We stopped to get a sandwich for me so I can take some medicine. The gentleman that served us threw the drive threw was so nice and curious. The sandwich was very well made and fresh. We look forward to eating here next time we head to Tacoma

Love the classic beef and cheddar. They also have a nice selection of sauces to top off your sandwich or to dip your fries in! Awesome service too!

Good fast food. Arby's was delicious, as always. This Arby's will even let you stack coupons which is pretty sweet 😊 Would recommend if you're feeling extra hungry and want fast food. It's always super filling.

It's the only one left. It definitely hits the spot when your craving it.

I think most people are acquainted with Arbys but if they are not, its a great place to pop in have a scrumptous roast beef and cheddar sandwich or many other items to choose from. The service is fast and the food has always been very good. A very convenient place if you,re in a hurry or just want to sit and relax for a while. One of our favorite places for a quik meal.

Tastes really good for fast food. Obviously I like other sit down restaurants better, but It is the best fastfood in town.
