Very good and nice prices too. Kinda high but that's usual in downtown state college so it's alright. They always taste amazing and I love the bubbles!

Definitely the best bubble tea place in State College, the prices are better than at Kung Fu and Momotaro, and the bubble tea is made with better and more fragrant tea. Plus they have absolutely delicious crepe cakes!

Cafe Wow is definitely the best Boba Tea place I have ever been to. They have such a friendly, comfy atmosphere, plus some extremely good Boba Tea! They make orders very quickly and they have perfect, chewy Bubbles.
My personal favorite is the Honey Green Milk Tea with bubbles! If you are looking for a new Boba Tea place, Cafe Wow is definitely the one for you!

Cafe Wow is my go-to bubble tea place in downtown State College, the two workers are efficient and extremely respectful, and the boba itself is top-tier. Would highly recommend.

dare i say the best bubble tea in town— never disappoints. my personal favorites include matcha milk tea, jasmine milk tea, and passion fruit green tea (less sugar, no ice). boba is usually perfectly cooked and tea tastes authentic, none of that powdery stuff. ambiance is very warm & welcoming, great place to hang out!

Absolutely one of the best boba places around town! The atmosphere in this café is cute and fresh. My go to drink is the taro milk tea with bubbles or the brown sugar milk. So good!!!

They have great milk tea here, and when I've gotten the mille crepe and other cakes they've also been delicious. Their taro milk tea is the best I've gotten anywhere. I feel spoiled :)

Best place to get takoyaki with Bobba tea. Really nice match. I miss their cakes as they have been out of them for a while. Their cake is really good too.

Staff is very nice and the bubble tea is pretty darn good. The cakes and crepes are little pricey but are very tasty and make a nice treat on occasion.

I always come in with a large group of friends and they are able to serve us quickly. There's free Wi-Fi and something always on the TV. It's a fun place to go with friends and just hang out

Excellent selection of milk tea and really good takoyaki. Also, very convenient order kiosks that make customization easy.
