My family & I are so grateful to Yakima Health District. My GPA & I both have tested positive for covid 19. They brought us food, & care kits enough for all 8 of us living here. Thank you for serving those in need in our community.

If you use Google maps it will likely take you to the wrong location (health and social services across the street). If that'd the case the right place is across the street behind the Holiday Inn.

It was a very simple process to get the documents I needed from here. The wait time was not long the two times that I went. I think I waited about 5 minutes at maximum.

Font Desk gal was very informative and helpful, was only there for about 5 mins, probably due to the fact it was almost lunce and I was the only one needing help

No one ever answers the phone. I left a message 2 times and it's been a month and no call back. Why have a phone number if it's not used

This place is a joke. This place needs to get it together. The employees are slow and rude. Who puts these people in charge? Why should I have to wait an hour to get a simple reprint of my food handlers permit. Absolutely ridiculous they that don't have a fast tract line just for print outs.
