It’s always a nice shopping experience to go there

Being an employee for this company, I cannot really rate this place. One thing is for certain, corporate is correct on providing quality customer service no matter what company you work for. I was greeted with smiles and morning salutations. Stopped in for donuts on my way to Tri-Cities. Good job guys!

This Safeway always has great stuff and the employees are polite and amazing but the deli employees are by far the best folks I've ever encountered 💗

My 5 stars are for the pharmacy. They fill my refills automatically. Every time I call to have them refilled, they are already working on them. On one occasion, I didn't make it to pick them up, and they had them delivered to my house.

Great store, well stocked. Friendly helpful people and usually don't have to wait too long in checkout. Could use a larger variety of organic produce and gluten free products. Pharmacy is professional and courteous. They do take time to hear your issues with prescriptions and will contact insurance or doctor for you.

I called into the bakery to make an order and the girl who answered was so nice even though she didn’t have much training on taking orders over the phone she didn’t seem bothered at all she was so calm and helpful her name is Natasha Moore!! She had excellent customer service skills made me want to shop there more often!

This is a very well stocked Safeway store. There are a couple of express lanes and generally plenty of checkers to get you out the door quickly. Access is good and there's plenty of parking including handicap accessible. Nice selection of meats and produce. Staff is friendly and courtious with bilingual help readily available.

Good clean, nice bakery good's love the floral department... It's all kinda expensive though....

Great customer service attentive clean and fast friendly and the produce was so fresh and I found no issues with this location even the Cashier was a great representative of the store and its brand

Usually very clean and stocked. Only thing I don't like is their floral department. Flowers are usually old

I used to live by Safeway when I was a kid. I was about 3, and when me and my dad were in the parking lot, he would tell me to go tell some woman "I don't have a mommy..would you be mine?"! still don't know why they thought that was cute.. maybe it's every woman's inner-mother. Ever since then, Safeway has been sort of my mom

I like the fact that they're open till midnight living in a small town and it only being 10 minutes away makes a huge difference in your life we do have a 24-hour store but that's 30 miles away

Fell in love with their hot soups. Amazing selection in the pastry aisle. And to this day the only place where I can get my spicy Japanese Curry.

The store is fine. They try their best and are mostly quite friendly. They do a great job in these challenging times.

Great store in : GRANDVIEW..... There were a few not wearing any masks or #PPE..... Should be more safety protocol !

This store leaves enough room in the aisles for people to walk comfortably while shopping. The staff are helpful and kind. It is also clean.
