Moore's Furniture

Moore’s has a large selection of quality items. Their sales staff were helpful but not pushy. The furniture we selected was in stock and delivery was quick. And the delivery staff were polite and efficient. We will definitely recommend Moore’s to our friends and family!

This is an awesome store that carries many different lines of furniture, and this includes all kinds of quality Amish work. There's a giant showroom where you can see everything nicely presented. This makes it easy to compare as there's lots of unique and really good stuff here... Fun!

Picking out a sofa with the help of Bob was actually fun! Bob listened to what we were looking for and led us to the one we ended up purchasing on the spot. Delivery was a snap too: three energetic and really nice men showed up on time & made short work of removing our old sofa and installing the new one. Painless I am telling you. :D

My husband and I just moved to the area and visited Moore’s furniture in Chester Springs 2 days ago.
First time!
We found everyone we came in contact with to be very helpful and informative and very patient.
We had Bob as our salesman and he did a great job. He surely got his steps in. So did we 😉. It’s a huge store with over 40K square feet. 3 levels.
Dave the manager was very personable and helpful with directions in his store.

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! We enjoyed finding the perfect couch and chair set for our living space. The items came in quicker than estimated and the delivery team was wonderful!

At the end of April a furniture order my wife and I placed with Moore's Furniture was delivered. The entire process from Len our Salesman to the delivery people was professional and extremely efficient. But the good people at Moore's Furniture didn't just take our money and abandon us when an issue was discovered with one of the pieces. In fact, they scheduled an appointment to have Darrell, their in-house Tech Mgr come out to inspect the issue right away. He too was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to inspect and easily resolve the issue at hand. Darrell was able to easily explain the issue and correct it right away. I am extremely grateful to everyone at Moore's for making our shopping experience so stress free. Especially in the middle of a global pandemic. Thanks!

Great furniture and great experience from start to finish. Bob at the Chester Springs location helped us pick our dresser and did a fantastic job being helpful but also giving us space to explore on our own too. Delivery was smooth and the movers had no problem getting the furniture upstairs through an awkwardly shaped stairway. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience buying furniture at Moore's! It doesn't matter if you are looking for one piece or a whole room. They treat you great and go out of their way to find you exactly what you've been looking for! We would highly recommend them! Lee was our salesman and he was awesome!

We ordered custom bedroom furniture from Moore’s that was built by the Amish. It took awhile to get the furniture, but it was worth the wait. The furniture is beautiful and great quality. We did have a small issue upon delivery that one nightstand had the wrong hardware. Moore’s was already aware of the issue and had ordered the correct hardware. Our only complaint was the it took nearly two months to get 3 new drawer pulls, but the tech who came out to put them on (Darrell) could not have been nicer. He was professional and in and out in about 10 minutes. Overall, we are very pleased!

What a wonderful example of family ownership and supporting local small businesses who care. Rick and Sheila were amazing. Lovely, like family helping you buy furniture. We purchased two recliners within a couple months of each other. The biggest appeal was they have chairs in stock and other retailers are up to 8months for custom order. We also liked the personal small feel of moores bc visiting big box furniture stores feels like a pressured car dealership experience. Their showroom is vast and when we asked them to move several chairs so my mom in a wheelchair could test them out, two burly delivery guys swooped in and rearranged the whole showroom. Cookies and tumblers upon leaving…we will go back for any furniture needs. Support local!!!!

Bob was very helpful when I came into the store after seeing some items on Moore's Facebook page. He knew exactly where everything was and provided thorough information on all of the pieces I wanted to see. He also allowed me to walk around the store and take my time without any pressure or hovering. My family and I have purchased furniture from Moore's several times over the years. My husband and I have bought furniture at this Moore’s in the past, and logically when we wanted some pieces we knew to head back. The design room has so many choices and all beautifully displayed. We were welcomed and directed in a very friendly manner to our area of interest. Sheila made herself available to us, but allowed us to look over the area on our own until we were ready for additional information. We welcomed her sincere interest and expertise regarding the pieces we chose…….and the prices were so reasonable.

We stopped in during Labor Day sale looking for sofas and were greeted by friendly staff and sales associate Linda. There's lots to look at in a variety of styles and prices as well as fabric and color options. Linda guided us towards our preferences and was very helpful in our selection of 2 sofas from quality, colors and fabrics. We shared photos of rooms, carpets and existing furniture pieces and her opinions were very helpful. Perhaps the best was the 2 sofas we selected were in stock and will be delivered in 3 weeks. I'll add no delivery fee which is an added savings versus many other retailers.

Sept.22nd and our sofas were delivered by Steve and Mike who were courteous, polite friendly and caring. After seeing one sofa we spotted 2 dirt spots, Steve noted it on the delivery invoice and immediately called it in. Before the truck left our home we had a call from Moore's to schedule a tech to clean the spots. As it turned out I vacuumed the sofa and looked at it in different lighting and it was just a little surface dirt that the vacuum took care of and some shading from the lighting. It was a great example however of the care and concern for customer service by Moore's !!!

I was looking for bedroom furniture but had very specific budget and time frame needs. Bob really listened to my concerns and helped me find a set I loved, in budget, and in stock so I wouldn’t be without for months! They have great furniture covering a variety of styles and all great quality.
I only wish I hadn’t wasted so much time looking at other places before I found out about Moore’s Furniture👍

They have very good furniture pieces, we bought our sofa from Moore’s furniture in Limerick and we absolutely love it! Linda was looking after us at the store and she’s so friendly and professional. We spent a while trying to make a decision between different sofas and Linda was super patient with us. The delivery was going to be delayed till late of this year 2021 so we contacted Linda if whether we can purchase their display and she gave us the great news that they had our sofa in the warehouse and so we got it delivered within 2 weeks of purchase! Thank you so much Linda for all your help!

The delivery men Steve and Mike brought our sofa in to our apartment with ease! They were incredibly respectful and professional and also helped us place the furniture pads under the sofa before piecing our sectional together. Thank you Steve and Mike for the safe delivery of our couch and for all the help!

We had a wonderful experience at Moore’s in Chester Springs. We worked with Sheila and she was so helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. I have not received my furniture yet. It may take up to 6 months. I’m hoping all goes as planned and it arrives in September 🤞.
