Stopped through over the weekend. Had what I needed, were open on Sunday, and gave me a recommendation for a breakfast spot (Ridge Restaurant) that was just what the Doctor ordered. Saving this place for future use when in the area.

Very helpful, and knowledgeable, and a great selection of goods to sell to the public. I have been going to this store for the last 13 years when I needed anything they either had it or placed the order for me, and then called me when it came in. Don't be fooled the sons look alike so make sure you ask them there name because the first time I went in there I was being helped and the one brother went in the back and his brother came out in a different outfit and started helping someone else, and I was confused, but it was just them fooling around. Really who doesn't like to laugh. Anyway awesome store, and I like keeping the local money in town and supporting the little guy instead of the big box stores.

The guys here are just freaking phenomenal. Although I came in as a first-time gun owner, I already knew exactly what I wanted before I even set foot in the store and already knew good bit about firearms. That being said, when it came to applying for a background check I was somewhat apprehensive, but the guys walked me through the process and got me my first piece.

I'll say this much, Gordons is unmatched in their customer service, quality, and overall employee competence (Hudsons is up there). I would recommend them to anyone in the Chester County area looking to purchase a firearm.

One of the best fishing stores I've ever been to. It's got that "real" fishing store feel. Its not a big chain store. The products they put on the shelves here are better than those at big chain stores.

I recently moved to the area and checked out Gordon’s. Two of their employees, Greg and Chris, were super helpful regarding the purchase of a used custom P365. Greg also mounted an optic for me. I am a retired LEO and have instructed at retail/public ranges in the past. Greg and Chris are professionals. They exhibit none of the bravado I have encountered from employees at other firearm stores. I will continue to provide Gordon’s with my business based on the education I received from their employees as well as their professional presentations.

Love Gordons. My go to place in the area. They make everything easy and their prices are great. They offer gunsmithing and do a great job with it at that. Never need to find another sports supply shop.

I have been going to Gordon's since 1988, (14 yrs old) I was given my first bait caster from there. The current owners dad taught me how to cast a bait caster back then. And after that I bought my own first bait caster there in which I still have that reel. It's still the same bait, tackle, guns and amo shop I remember( with obviously different people running it ) but they still seem to keep to the traditions of that place which is very rare anymore. So if you want fishing or hunting, or self defense fire arms; definitely check them out and I sure you'll really like Gordon's. One of the last traditional bait/tackle/hunting shops still around.

Had a great experience dealing with Chris and the rest of the staff for a recent firearm purchase. Very reasonably priced, quick service, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. The shop has a very nice selection of firearms and fishing gear. Ignore any negative reviews - as with any negative online reviews, there is probably more to the story. This is a great local place to do business. Highly recommend.

I have been going to here since I was a kid 35 years ago. They have stayed in business because they are a great store with nice helpful people. Always a nice friendly place to go with a decent selection of hunting and fishing equipment and fresh bait. They are way friendly and nicer than that other gun shop up route 100 who just have a bad attitude.

Great family owned and operated business. Very customer oriented. This place is one of the few that actually care about their customer. This is a shop that you want to stay around. A place to support when you can. Live bate is in the back of the store and carried year around. Carry items you won’t see in other shops so take your time and look around. This is a business that you want to see keep growing and prosper.

Ordered a parts kit through them, came in very nicely packaged and they did a great job of taking it down. They were absolutely excellent; responsive and friendly on the phone and through emails. If I ever pass by the area I would definitely make a stop.

It's been a while since I owned a handgun, and my mother never at all. The staff at Gordon's were very knowledgeable and friendly, taking all the time needed to answer our questions about registration and recommended a good range to go to for safety and refresher classes. We bought a nice 2nd hand gun for a very reasonable price.
