PC would flick on and immediately turn off. Tom identified that the power supply and SSD were fried (power surge from storm), but Tom was able to save the data on my SSD and repair my PC as if nothing happened. Extremely satisfied with overall service. Tom and Rachel's true desire to help shined through in every interaction I had with them. I know if I have any future issues or want to upgrade my PC I will most definitely be reaching out to Tom and Rachel for their services.

My 2 year old laptop was out of commission for a few months after a system error that I could not resolve on my own. Discovered that I was out of warranty with Lenovo and they proposed I send the laptop back to them for a price about half the cost of the laptop........ So I searched for solutions locally and PC Innovations popped up. Within a few days, Tom had my laptop back up and running. He diagnosed and fixed it within a few days and offered a fair price. The laptop now runs better than I remember it before. I'd recommend Tom for any PC concerns you may have.

I needed to get my laptop screen repaired. I reached out to Tom at PC Innovations. He was able to walk me through the process of the repair and give me an accurate estimation of cost and time for everything. He updated me with pertinent information and provided contact free receipt and delivery. I am THRILLED he was able to fix my mistake and make me whole again. Thank you, Tom. After my work laptop suddenly crashed I quickly found that PC Innovations was the place to go. Tom took great care of me and turned my broken laptop into a working one in less than 48 hours. There was minimal downtime in to my small business! This meant the world to me. If you need your electronics fixed, look no further.

Tom went above and beyond my expectations. I brought my custom PC into him for a BSOD. He was very open about his process and said he would do all he could to get my computer back to working order. I picked it up a couple of days later and all was good. The next day I got another BSOD and brought it back. Tom took a week to run it through all he could and fixed it. They always do their best to help me out when I need it. From upgrading my computer, restoring it from a data corruption, and just suggesting things to do for my computer. Service is nice and fast too!

Amazing service. I showed up and Tom greeted me made me feel welcome right off the bat. Found out what was wrong with my PC and even gave me recommendations after on what I could do to make my PC better. Didn't talk to me like I was stupid and really explained what was going on. No bsing! no funny business. Will do business again and highly recommend if your having PC issues.

I was very unhappy about my purchase at Best Buy.and was not happy with their service. So I returned the laptop. I talked to Tom and he fixed me up with a nice laptop, transferred everything over from my old one. I'm up and running great AND saved money. I should have gone to him first. I won't make that mistake again. If you are even thinking about new equipment or are having trouble with your preset setup, CALL TOM. I recommend him highly. He gives great service, very responsive and doesn't talk down to you like Best Buy did to me. Thank you so much Tom.

Sadly, my computer died last week. Total failure...motherboard burnt due to an electrical problem. I had originally intended to have my computer upgraded to WINDOWS10, but now needed additional repairs or need to but a new unit. I decided to take my computer to P.C. INNOVATIONS as they had done prior work for me. TOM and RACHEL are a great team!! Not only did they rebuild my computer complete with upgrades, they also were able to save and load all of my business files. In addition, they knew my stress level was extremely high and were able to get my computer back to me in less than two full days. I had a follow up issue (not related) that they resolved as well. They operate a very customer satifaction oriented business and I will continue to use them for all my computer and internet needs.

I don't usually write reviews but Tom and Rachel were fantastic to work with. I recently attempted to add a new piece of hardware to my custom PC and my computer came back with a lot of serious errors. The internet was useless for finding information but Tom was able to get it working. It took a while to figure out but he made it happen. Tom would call me every few days to let me know how he was making progress and charged me a very reasonable price. Amazing people and amazing service. Thank you!!!

Tom and Rachel are fantastic. I brought them a gaming PC that needed additional hardware installed. Tom quoted a fair price and completed the work on time and as he promised. Tom and Rachel are both very knowledgeable and place a high value on customer service. I should have purchased a gaming PC from them initially and I will only deal with PC Innovations for all of our computer needs moving forward. They are that good!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I feel I have to for PC Innovations. This is one of my favorite business dealings I've had in recent memory. Tom and Rachel are so professional and responsive. I can only report on the custom PC building service they offer. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about building a PC.

Tom is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I've ever spoken to on the topic and was extremely helpful the entire way through. I purchased my own parts beforehand and brought them to Tom who helped me determine that I bought some incompatible and faulty parts. He did some research and helped me choose new parts. At the end, I am writing this review from my new PC and couldn't be happier. Final note: I do not believe you will find a better deal anywhere. Their pricing is very fair. I would recommend PC Innovations to everyone I know.

I couldn't update my custom computer tower for years, until I finally took it to Pc Innovations.

I explained the problem to Tom, took it in for repairs, and he went above and beyond with it. Not only did he fix the problem, but he cleaned my computer of all the dust, and even upgraded me to windows 11!

I would highly recommend this place, It was certainly worth every penny to bring it to Tom!

Tom and Rachael at PC innovations were awesome! I have tried many different places in the past and was always disappointed. Finally, I found people that I can trust. Upon reading other reviews I saw claims of magic and wizards inhabiting this business. Well I'll be dammed, there be a wizard working magic in that place. That woman that works there, Rachael, she is good. Very intelligent, kind, and absolutely magical with her work. Very clean job, ran better than when I got it. Definitely much faster. This is my new go to for sure. Highly recommended. Money will spent. Thanks PC innovations!

Tom has been incredible. He’s always quick at answering or returning my call. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he’s also a great person! People like him deserve our business and there should be more people like him in the world. Anybody that needs a computer or needs it repaired, he’s your guy! I’ve recommended many people to him and they have all been so grateful for it. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I was in need of an emergency data retrieval, and had very little time to recover much needed documents. I'm so glad that I ended up with Tom and PC Innovations! I don't usually write reviews but I feel this is the least I could do in this case. I simply cannot say enough about Tom and his staff. They are courteous, honest , fair and extremely knowledgeable! They certainly went above and beyond my expectation to help me out of a situation that was created by another computer repair shop. I highly recommend them!

Rachael and Tom were very friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. My computer was running so slow and on its last leg I could hardly do anything on it. I dropped my laptop off to them on a Monday and it was returned to me on a Wednesday afternoon back in tip top shape almost like brand new. I highly recommend them!
